L'hôtel est assez simple mais confortable. Le vrai plus est l'emplacement : on peut aller à pied à Soho, Little Italy et Chinatown, et même au World Trade Center (30mn à pied environ). Les autres quartiers de Manhattan sont facilement accessibles en métro ou bus (arrêt en bas de l'hôtel direction Central Park). Attention: le ménage n'est effectué que sur demande, ce qui peut paraître surprenant pour un hôtel de la gamme Hilton. Une nouvelle manière de faire des économies tout en se prétendant eco-friendly... Nous avons demandé un nettoyage de la salle de bains et vidage des poubelles après la deuxième nuit, et cela a été fait. A noter le geste sympathique d'avoir offert un petit déjeuner dans le hall chaque matin (boissons chaudes, viennoiseries, fruits) pour compenser le fait que le restaurant était fermé. Mais j'imagine qu'ils arrêteront dès la réouverture du restaurant...

We drove in on a Friday at rush-hour. Never do that again! Our room was ok, but had strong odor from the cleaning products used. The staff (very friendly) immediately moved us to a different floor. Thank you. Our stay was great, close, walking distance to Chinatown, little Italy and the metro(train is literally next to the hotel. Loved our stay and would (will) visit again! Kudos to the staff!

Ce que j'ai aimé : Metro au pied de l'hôtel. Restaurant dans l'hôtel. Café à disposition le matin. Grande chambre, beaucoup de rangement, télévision écran plat de bonne dimension. Frigo et micro-onde dans la chambre. Ce que je n'ai pas aimé: Lit double un peu juste pour deux, pas très large. Pas de d'isolation thermique et phonique avec la rue. Obligé de mettre le chauffage quasiment tout le temps. Le chauffage faisait beaucoup de bruit ( comme un réacteur) impossible de dormir avec, du coup très froid dans la chambre. Pourtant à l'accueil panneau "energy efficiency: B". On a demandé une autre couverture à la réception. Le sèche cheveux ne marchait pas. Pour obtenir le seche cheveux et la couverture nous avons du aller réclamer 3 fois. Le coffre-fort ne fonctionnait pas. Nous l'avons signalé à l'accueil. Il a été changé 2 jours après. Nous étions 3 dans la chambre et pas assez d'articles de toilettes (savon et shampoing). Comme il n'y avait pas de ménage dans la chambre pour une durée de 4 nuits nous avons du réclamer du savon et shampoing ( qui nous a été donné). Pas très normal pour un 3 etoiles.

L'hotel était censé nour fournir une chambre pour trois personnres, mais les grands lits annoncés ne sont pas des kings bed ni même des queen bed mais des lits à une place pour américains moyens soit 120 cm de large !!!! nous avons donc eu une une chambre avec deux lits simples pour trois adultes !!! Ils n'ont rien voulu savoir.... Eviter aussi les étages bas, lex drapeaux au dessus de l'entrée tapent sur le mat en cas de vent....

The area around this hotel is increasingly noisy, dirty and full of vagrants wandering around. The staff gave my wife a hard time when checking in as well due to us having different last names and me having made the reservation. I had to drop her off with the kids and the bags park the car a mile away due to the hotel not having parking onsite. The hotel advertises that it has parking but it does not. They partner with a garage about a 10 minute walk away.

Nice spot in Tribeca. The Botte Italian restaurant next door is tasty. The room and price is good. Walked to NYU with my family-daughter wants to go. Short Uber to Pier 16 for boat tours, and up to Empire State. I rented a car to go to Philly and DC getting out of the lower west side through the Holland Tunnel in minutes. I was impressed.

Although we didn't use housekeeping since we sleep in, housekeeping was VERY present in visible in all the rooms in our floor. Our room was very clean upon entering. Staff was okay. Property is very small. It was awesome to have a restaurant right on the property. A decent snack stand that was open all night. Great location that had plenty locations that were in walking distance, and a bus stop right across the street that can take you to midtown and subway stop right outside. Two big downsides: area is EXTREMELY noisy. Right next to a police station, much hustle and bustle, and windows were not sealed well to prevent sound, and even a draft. Also loading zone is very very small, and dangerous next to major street. Very challenging loading and unloading. Needs a bellhop service. Expedia advertises this having parking BUT it is affiliated with a lot few blocks off the property. Price for parking is per night and very expensive. Thanks
