Accueilli par un 5 à 7 , presque un souper, c'est plus qu'accueillant! Habitué des quality inn, j'ai été agréablement surpris par celui ci. Déjeuner très complet. Très bien tenu et personnel dévoué.

Pour séjourner à Natchez il vaut mieux aller voir un autre hôtel. Propreté de la chambre laissant à désirer. Accueil peu sympathique, et pain moisi au petit déjeuner. En bref : à éviter.

Hotel plus que moyen, ouvriers bruyants au départ à 6h00 du matin, à 10 minutes du centre ville en voiture. Seuls points corrects : la piscine et le petit déjeuner. Nous ne reviendrons pas !

ou pour une étape de courte durée, compte-tenu du prix, c'est intéressant. Bien situé, il est proche des différents sites à visiter sur Natchez. Le personnel est peu causant et quant à la propreté de la chambre, j'ai trouvé que c'était un peu léger ...

By far my worst experience as a traveler nothing went right the only upside is the staff was extremely nice under the circumstances but expedia really need to update info on booking at this spot they close at 11 pm there is no 24/7 deskhelp here and not one room look like photos being shown .i was changed to 3 different rooms to only end up in a room with a fllooded floor from air conditioning leak and stopped up sink the property offers No Refunds period.

My flight arrived late and I was told that check-in office would be closed after 11 pm. No information was provided about the limited time to check-in and worst that that the Hotel wouldn’t give me refund since I had to cancel and rebook a new reservation. I was completely frustrated. Expedia called the manager and the hotel manager wouldn’t allow a refund. I was completely frustrated and dissatisfied with the customer service.

Soon as I arrived they wanted a $100 cash deposit then the room was absolutely filthy, and the door wouldn’t even lock so I requested a refund was denied so I got a new room, TV didn’t work and air condition barely blows any air out

First of all the staff is absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with! They insisted on a 100.00 cash deposit! And a credit or debit card as well! Even talked to the manager Allison Smith and she said it was company’s policy from corporate!! And it was on Expedia Booking Site as well!! I looked it up and showed them that is didn’t have anything like that on there! So I had to go to the Bank and get a cash advance on my credit Card which cost me 25.00 fee! After all that I found on Expedia’s site that plainly says they don not accept cash! Only debit or credit

When initially driving up to the hotel I noticed it was very badly maintained and trashy in appearance. There was a cash fee of $100 that wasn’t disclosed beforehand. I will never stay there. I give this place a 1 out of 10 rating. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Do not stay there!

Where to begin.I should have known better for the price but the pictures were ok. Checking in; 3 times to get a key to open the door, no TV remote until I suggested we take one from another room. The room; floor was sticky and dirty, no security catch on door, NO smoke dector--just the wire hanging, electrical outlet covers missing, toilet very loose on the floor, clothes rack falling off wall, no occasional/desk chair and a BIG roach in the bathtub. On the positive; bed was comfortable, internet worked and it was quiet. I have pictures if my review needs to be confirmed. I do NOT recommend staying here for the faint of heart.

This was one of my worst experiences in all my years of travel and use of Expedia. I arrived thirty minutes before a business meeting giving me time to change my clothes. I had prepaid the room through Expedia but was told I had to put down a $100 cash deposit. I said fine here is my card. The lady behind the desk said no, a cash deposit I cannot take a card. Exasperated and running out of time I dug through my car until I found $100. Next she said I will also need a card for a deposit in case the damage exceeds $100. I said you must be kidding? No she said and ran my card. When I walked into my room the only place to lay my bag besides the bed was a table attached to the wall. I put my bag on the table which fell off the wall onto the floor. The hanging clothes rack was half way out of the wall. The bathroom had no working light and the tv had no remote. Other than that it was a great experience.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I booked the room because I expected there to be a pool there, as listed. The pool is there, only not in use because of renovations. I booked a double, but had to be moved out of there because of a leak from upstairs, so was given a king instead. It was, however, very peaceful, and so slept very well. I would definitely stay here again, once the renovations are complete!!!

Upon check in i was informed that i had to pay $100 cash deposit which would be returned upon checkout. I paid for 10 days, i left after #5. Tried to check out that morning before going to work and of course, no 3rd shift clerk. So they got 5 days of unused room rates and my $100 deposit. Now mind you that i tried to call 5 or 6 times that day and no one answered the phone. Go figure. I will NEVER stay there again.

I didn't stay. When I got there the property was under construction. A no vacancy sign on the door. When I called the number they provided for 20 minutes, no one answered.
