Nous avons passé une nuit dans cette station thermale de la Napa Valley. l'hotel est un peu vieillot mais tres propre (à part les fenetres qui ne doivent jamais être nettoyées). Nous avons été un peu agacés que le petit dejeuner "compris" soit en fait un bon de 20 $ pour 2 pour le bar attenant où le moindre petit dejeuner vaut 14$ par personne (hors pourboires et taxes).Cela n'avait pas été clair lors de la reservation.

déception de notre séjour au Mount View
Mauvais accueil , pas commercial, expéditif. La chambre sentait le vieux, et le confort était médiocre, inférieur à ce que nous pouvions espérer compte tenu du prix elevé.

Service impeccable
Nous avons réellement adoré notre séjour. Le lit était vraiment confortable et la propreté de la chambre est à souligner. Le personnel était très courtois. Définitivement à y retourner.

Lovely property with good sized rooms. Like that the room had a small fridge, expresso machine, and robes for guest use. The jacuzzi was great! Loved the natural hot spring! Also loved getting coffee, breads and fruit in the morning brought to our room!

Absolutely lovely! Beautiful room with super comfortable bed and comforter! Loved the tub! And loved the HEATED mineral pool and jacuzzi outside! The only issue is parking that can be challenging, because there is no designated parking lot.

Exceeded expectations! Centrally located, heated pool and mineral whirlpool in the back. The queen balcony room was actually a suite with a balcony overlooking main street and an adorable clawfoot tub. Staff was super friendly. I appreciated that this property didn't require a 2 night minimum for a quick weekend escape. Would definitely recommend!

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived a couple hours before the official check-in time and they said they would check to see if our room was ready and could also text us if it was ready earlier. Property was clean and had nice amenities.

This is not our first time at this hotel. I really like the large swimming pool and the hot tub with mineral water. Friendly staff. We are going to come back here again.

Loved the comfortable bed and retro decor. Unfortunately, the property's mineral baths were closed so we had to find other options. It would have been nice to have a discount on a massage or services due to the out door areas being closed. All the other hot springs were open in the area.

This is a nice and very convenient old, historic hotel right in the heart of downtown Calistoga. The property exterior, lobby area, etc…looks fairly new and renovated. The room itself was very old style with some things like door handles falling apart a little. Bed was comfortable. Loved the hot springs pool and jacuzzi most of all. There is a bar/restaurant attached to the hotel. Had a drink there, and it seemed nice. Kind of loud….but wasn’t disruptive to hotel stay from the room. Very walkable to downtown restaurants, shops, etc. There is no elevator, and the stairway was kind of old and annoying to deal with. Mostly it was a good stay. Price is decent

First, the heater in the room didn't seem to work properly. It took about 10 minutes for it to turn on. Then it would blow cold air along with the hot air. It was noisy. The worst part of was that it was positioned directly above the side of the bed so it blew directly onto our heads. Second, the shower never heated up. We ended up taking a lukewarm shower. Brrr! Third, there's no parking lot. It's street parking only.

Amazing place, conveniently located downtown. Only complaint would be the morning coffee and pastries…same three slices of cake for over two years. A little variety would be nice. Overall an amazing place!

We liked the 24 hour pool access (heated pool and the mineral water whirlpool). We stayed in one of the cottages and would have loved to have two wine glasses (we wound up sharing the single one provided). The location is lovely and Calistoga is very quaint. We are bay area natives and may come back for another stay again soon.

This place is great! Pool and spa tub area very nice, restaurant/pub attached to hotel is great, rooms very clean. They bring breakfast to your room every morning. Try the cottages with their own hot tub outside-very nice! Will be back if in the area again!

Thee place to be !!!!
This was our second time staying here. Its has a great location, amenities are great!!! Pool, hot tub, very protected, so even on a cool day, the pool area can be the best in town. Having "Johnny's" right next door is also a great benefit. Its a great sports bar with great food and a low key atmosphere. (not loud , you would here it in the hotel) and you can walk to Indian springs from here. Everything is within walking distance! Thats why we love Calistoga!
