It would have been helpful to know in advance about the large conerence taking place during our time there as it took over the space in a pretty invasive way and on Monday, 4/15, there was only one place for our kids to eat at and we had just eaten dinner there the night before. Despite the restaurant saying it was closing at 1pm that day, it was not open at 12pm. Some open communication to the other guests about how the conference would have limited things would have been helpful. On the positive side, Guests Services were amazing in helping us to prepare for our daughter's 8th birthday, so thank you!

We got in kind of late and left early due to a canceled flight, but the staff was very accommodating and kind. We got a great night’s sleep, hope to come back for a longer stay. We had an amazing view of the bay and the grounds were beautiful. This would definitely be a great place for a long weekend with all the amenities and dining options.

There was nothing really to do at the hotel when it rained of was windy. There is also nothing to do at night except for dinner. The hotel needs upgrading it’s not modern and nothing really stood out - I expected more from a Ritz-Carlton. The staff members, however, were very attentive, friendly and helpful.

We had a great experience. The only negatives were the rooms were a little dated- the bathroom lights were so dim it was difficult or get ready and we he shower was really narrow so my sister went to the spa to get ready. Also the staff could be a little rude- some of them were somewhat lacking the customer service attitude. I called to reschedule a massage a few hours in advance and they told me I couldn’t do that I had to pay full price to cancel it and I said I didn’t wanna cancel just move it and they said I could do that it is in their policy… so I looked at their policy and it said you could do that you just have to pay a $50 fee which I would have happily paid. We had a few experiences like this with staff. Besides the negatives the food at the restaurants was outstanding. The property was quiet and easy to Uber into downtown Miami for dinner. The beach was a little short but directly in front of the property and easy to access. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved everthing about this property. I want to especially communicate what makes this place special. Your staff that go above and beyond for their guests. Having witnessed numerous entitled people and their children,and the patience,kindness and professionalism displayed despite the obnoxiousness of some of the guests(mostly with children).As a parent myself I was horrified at the public display of careless,spoiled and no boundary behaviors of these people and their spawn. Yet your wonderful staff rose above with a smile and courteous care. Everyone from the front desk, to the pool to every resturant was pleasant and elegant. I especially would like to mention Jannus who was our waiter and Rolondo our breakfast waiter were so wonderful. The beds were so comfortable, the rooms were so cheerful and clean, Your housekeeping staff friendly and helpful.The front desk staff were amazing on every level. We can't wait to visit again!

We were here for a last minute get away. First time at the property and we loved every minute. The staff was fantastic immediately upon check in with Antonio. Every staff member went above & beyond, including Robert, Concierge, and Zadi, David, server at the pool and Miguel. We look forward to our next trip!

Probably the most friendly staff Ive ever interacted with in any hotel. There were some staff that spoke no english in some of the more simple positions but all were very friendly and helpful. It was an expensive stay but that was expected. A decent amount of shopping and restaurant options on hotel property. The beach was messy from a recent storm I believe but the water was a comfortable temperature. The food and drinks were really good.
