Hotel was just what we needed for our stay. I did not like the flat cold egg option one day, but the omlet with cheese was great the next day.

could hear other people talking in the hallways and both rooms next door. Too much noise. Bathroom door had a very load squeeking noise..Every time its open and closed. But the staff was wonderful and kind.

First room was humid and smelled of mildew. Dead roaches/bugs visible all over the bathroom floor. Asked to be moved to a different room, which staff did. The morning before checkout had no water. Staff said it was the city. Would have appreciated a note or offered an extension so we could have time to shower before checking out.

We always stay here when we come to the valley.. the last time we stayed here was in May of 2023, this time we came back in October and were very disappointed.. the towels were super thin some with holes. The AC wasn’t working as good.. the sink was missing the little spout under it so it splashed water everywhere u had to turn it on slow and keep it slow..

Dusty room , bathroom needs update bunch of cracks around the door . Iron board wasn’t working it will get stuck and hard to fold it back on. Lobby area clean but rooms hallways dirty. Towels poor quality, we got a sun burn from the beach and just by rubbing the towel gentle it will hurt . Rooms size okay but bathroom area very small .

The hotel was clean, but my room was not vacuumed thoroughly. I found a piece of a tortilla cip on the carpet. (It was not justba crumb.) The lighting around the bathroom mirror could have been better. Other than that, the room was quite clean.
