Correct
L'accueil à l'hôtel est bon, la chambre correspond à la description et est confortable. Effectivement on entend le bruit de la rue mais comme nous voulions être à proximité des restaurants commerce et mer c'est un peu normal mais en fermant la fenêtre le bruit est très atténué. Nous sommes restés 8 jours et sommes juste un peu déçu que le petit-déjeuner ne soit pas varié, les mêmes choses tous les jours c'est un peu lassant et ce que nous regrettons c'est qu'il n'y avait pas de spécialités maltaises tel que les pizzatis. En ce qui concerne le spa je ne recommande pas aux personnes de réserver pour ce service. Ce n'est ouvert que de 10h à 18h le sauna n'est pas praticable il était cassé au niveau de la porte et du banc quant au bain à remous au niveau hygiène ce n'est pas top.

Je recommande la vue mer, ç est superbe. Le resto juste en bas "Gourmet" est excellent, surtout le plateau pour 2 (pâte et fruits de mer cuit avec sauce au goût de soupe de poisson) et en plus on a une reduc de 10% avec l hôtel. Emplacement idéal, tout est à proximité : bus, bateau pour îles et La Valette, restaurants, bar...

Chambre agréable, refaite récemment. Mais les fenêtres sont assez vétustes, et n'ont pas l'isolation suffisante pour arrêter le bruit de la route en contrebas. Et cette route est très fréquentée, et très tard dans la nuit ! Quand on reste une semaine, le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus varié (les mêmes ingrédients pendant 7 jours...).

Hôtel très bien placé avec arrêt de bus au pied de l'hôtel et de nombreux restaurants variés dans le même quartier. Piscine intérieure avec sauna et jacuzzi ainsi que piscine extérieure avec très belle vue sur le port. Chambres de taille correcte pour 4 personnes. Petit déjeuner copieux. Seuls bémols : ascenseur vétuste qui tombe régulièrement en panne (1 à fois par semaine) et le parking annoncé est un parking partagé entre plusieurs hôtels donc pas forcément de place dispo. Le quartier étant très animé, il est quasi impossible de trouver où se garer. Mieux vaut donc circuler en bus et en ecabs

Hôtel à déconseiller aux familles, clientèle très jeune, bruyante (portes qui calquent à toutes heures), mention spéciale à Georges qui nous a changé de chambre car la précédente avait un vis à vis d’un autre bâtiment de l’hôtel et était très bruyante. Margerit à l’accueil ne résout rien et est très désagréable (se permet des remarques très déplacées). L’espace piscine extérieur est très petit, nos enfants n’ont pas pu se baigner dans le petit bassin (toujours occupé par des hôtes avec leurs boissons) et il y a très peu de transats. Remerciements à l’équipe du nettoyage qui est professionnelle et à l’écoute

Parfait !
Très bon hôtel, bien situé, propre, et avec un personnel très gentil. La chambre était très bien, lit grand et confortable, le balcon est très appréciable, ainsi que le mini frigo. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est très bon, varié, et suffisamment copieux. Concernant les équipements de l'hôtel : nous n'avons pas testé la petite salle de sport mais elle avait l'air très bien. La piscine intérieure et le sauna sont parfaits pour se détendre après une journée de visite (dommage que l'accès ne soit ouvert que jusqu'à 19h30 en cette saison). Par contre le jacuzzi ne fait pas vraiment de bulle, c'est plutôt un bassin chauffé, et la piscine intérieure à côté n'était pas très très chaude, ce qui ne nous a quand même pas empêché de nous baigner. Je pense que la piscine extérieure et la grande terrasse sur le toit doivent être super pour l'été. En tout cas la vue était au top !!! Je recommande à 100% ! (Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits en chambre standard double)

Hôtel moderne mais apparemment trop grand pour être parfaitement manager. Chambre moderne avec balcon, agréable. La climatisation doit rester allumée 24h/24 pour que la température de la chambre baisse un peu. Sur un sejour de 14 nuits, ménage trop irrégulier. N'oubliez pas votre éponge si vous aimez la propreté, et votre gel douche, celui de la chambre ne sera jamais remplacé. Par contre bon emplacement, arret de bus au pied de l'hotel et petit dejeuner buffet avec une belle variété.

The hotel itself needs big improvements, our room had mold on the bathroom ceiling, the window was broken and we had to call someone to fix it so we could close it overnight. The cleaning was not the best, a lot of hairs left on the floor, cleaning staff are not coming all the times to clean, they didn’t come to our room for 2 days in a row even if we called the reception. The swimming pool at the 7th floor was not heated on a Sunday Morning, the sauna door is broken and doesn’t close properly.. The staff were great and helpful every single time, that is a bonus of this hotel. With one exception, the italian lady selling the Malta tours at the front desk. Please pay attention and ask what you’re getting for the price! She sold us €95 tickets to get to Gozo and Comino. But she never mentioned that the transport within the island is not included!! We got there and remained on the bay area for 2 hours. Location of the hotel is great, with easy access everywhere, Bolt is very cheap to travel around. I recommend going to Julian’s Bay and The point shopping centre, great area. The view from the hotel’s rooftop is great!

Great location. Staff were all lovely and always helpful. Bar shut at 10pm which seemed very early. Rooms are good, daily clean. Breakfast is great with plenty of options though can get busy! Local area is easy to walk around and bus is right outside the main entrance.

Cheap and cheerful!
We had a great stay the hotel is in a great location right on the sea front. Ideal for a budget weekend trip away, the room was fairly spacious and had a fairly comfortable bed and the staff were all very friendly. Only things that let it down were; lifts were small and slow, some black mould/damp in bedroom and bathroom and a broken tile but didn’t effect the use at all! The spa was very busy and main pool was cold but was supposed to be heated. Overall a good stay!

Ej uppvärmd pool på taket, bilderna visar inte allt från hotellet utan närliggande ställen. Luktade mögel från badrummet, svämmade över i duschen.

Bayview Hotel is a very beautiful, modern hotel located 10 minutes walking from Sliema and just 15 minutes to Valletta by bus or ferry. There are two direct buses to the airport. The receptionists were friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English. There was a huge British-style breakfast every morning. I booked a standard room which was very clean and tidied up daily. Most of the room was taken up by a huge, comfortable bed. There was a TV with German channels, a small balcony facing a courtyard, and a bathroom with shower. The top floor of the hotel has a small pool and wellness area, with indoor and outdoor pools (unfortunately not heated while I was there - December 2023), a "jacuzzi" (small lukewarm pool with one jet), massage and fitness areas, and a sauna (which you had to book 1 hour in advance). The rooftop lounge was perfect for sunbathing by the pool even though it was too cold (for me!) to swim. Unfortunately the whole fitness/wellness area was only open from 10-18h so there was no possibility of a workout before breakfast or a sauna in the evening. I spent most of my days sightseeing so didn't use the wellness options as much as I would have liked. The neighborhood is lively but not touristy. There are dozens of restaurants, bars, and hotel bars within easy walking distance, ranging from casual to upscale to fast food to healthy eating. My favorite one was The Balance Bowl vegan restaurant, just 5 minutes walking from the hotel.

Das Hotel liegt gut um Ausflüge mit Boot, Bus oder Auto zu starten. Aber auch zu Fuß kann man viel erreichen. Im Dezember gab es rund herum auch ausreichend Parkplätze, im Sommer würde ich damit aber nicht rechnen... Die große Straße ist bei offenem Fenster recht laut, aber mit geschlossener Tür hat es uns nicht gestört. Besonders das Personal möchten wir hervorheben, jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit!
