“Great place to stay”
Super location near subway stop, good restaurants and bar. I had one issue with the mini-bar fridge not cooling and they fixed (replaced) it within minutes.
“Impresses if you can get there”
I loved the hotel . it is ideal . There are a couple of points though . -The aiport including thetaxi drivers and management do not know where the hotel is . I got very frustrated paying a taxi but not getting there . -The transfer bus needs to have clearer instructions on thewaiting area and a sun screen . It is terrible to wait in the sun for a bus that you have no idea when it will show up or if ever . Need info in english . - The pool is absolutely freezing (this is in july not jan ) so basically unusable unless heated . The pool area is poorly kept. Very sad compared to the novotel that is identical except livlier and happier .
“I will definitely come back”
Madrid is very easy to navigate & explore. Get the T zone tourist pass to avoid lines & save too because it covers all public transportation including the other towns like Segovia,Toledo,Guadalajara,Escorial & so forth. More than a week is needed coming from USA cuz of the time adjustment & the many things to see. don't be intimidated of the underground because its friendly,safe,efficient & clean but just make sure to be aware of the bad locations & simple non attractive attire is recommended. always watch your bag & bring water w/ you at all times cuz there's a lot of walking to do. The hotel was the best choice I had made to make my exploration a" breeze". I was fully satisfied. It has a free shuttle bus that says Pullman Hotel every 30 minutes. This hotel serves mostly to corporate clients & I can see why because of its amenities. Thanks to everyone there especially Ricardo at the reception & Javier at the buffet breakfast.
“Great Airport Hotel”
Great hotel, very comfy and great location near airport. Suited all of our needs well.

A businessman hotel really where,the main adavantage is that it is within 5 minutes walk from the Ifema exhibition center. It is a Nice hotel, very comfortable, specially the bed, and the pillows. Room everything to expect from a 4 star, although it is classified as a 5 star. Breakfast reasonable, with a small but good choice of food, Internet is free and also they have an arrangement with a local gym if anyone is interested, but it is 30 minutes walking distance. If coming by car, parking can be a problem during the day , Nothing to do in the evening, as the hotel is far from the center, and everywhere else, But there are some restaurants towards the campo de las naciones, but they are at least 20 ~ 25 minutes walk away from the hotel.
“Very Clean and full of helpful and nice staff.”
The hotel was very clean, quiet and full of helpful staff. We arrived very early from an international flight, but they were able to get us into a room quite early. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although my husband speaks perfect Spanish, most, but not all of the staff spoke a bit of english which was helpful. The breakfast in the morning was also amazing!! Although the hotel was not in a busy neighborhood, it made for a quiet hotel. Also, the hotel is very close to the metro, and it is a quick and easy trip downtown. We were very impressed with this hotel- we were not expecting such a nice stay from an "airport hotel". The hotel seems a bit americanized, but is very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.
“Good conference or transit hotel”
If you are attending a conference at the Palacio Municipal de Congresos this is a very convenient place to stay as it is directly across the street (1-minute walk). It is also quite convenient to the Madrid Airport and the hotel offers a free shuttle every half hour. There is also a Metro stop about 300m away, and the Madrid Metro is very clean, safe, efficient and well signed so using it to access the city is quite easy and convenient. Be aware though - there is very little (shopping, restaurants, etc.) within walking distance of this hotel, so you feel somewhat isolated.

“I love this hotel!”
Near the airport and near a metro stop which can take travelers into the city. It's always very clean and the staff is very wonderful...an example: I arrived at 1:00am at my hotel after many airport delays and I was starving...the front desk attendant took my food order, called the kitchen staff to ask them to please prepare something for me (kitchen was closed) and brought it up to my room himself...
“comodo vicino laeroporto”
ottimo hotel vicino l'aeroporto e la zona della fiera, comoda la metropolitana a pochi metri dall'albergo anche se per andare in centro bisogna fare 2 cambi, comunque in 20 minuti siè a sol. Vicino anche allo Stadio Bernabeu. Eccellente la colazione.
