Firstly I had to go to reception MULTIPLE times because my room key was not working I got a total of 7 room keys because they were constantly not working okay cool ! BUT THEN the day of check out (I only stayed one day ) THEY CALLED MY ROOM AT 8:58am stating that we had to be out by 11 LIKE WE DIDNT KNOW THAT ! Not only did they call my room they set there clocks 15 minutes ahead of the actual time so you can leave earlier than check out they came 20 minutes before 11 and stated that it was check out time and we needed to leave immediately it was 10:40 and I just got out the shower because I was preparing to leave I will never be staying here again .

Room was terribly dirty. Newly remodeled rest room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Dirty wash cloth on the bedroom floor. Even worse to discover in the morning the mattress is stained with what appears to be blood. Disgusting.. I’ll never go back.

Check in took about 20 minutes. The towels in the bathroom looked like they never changed them. Looked like someone’s make up was smeared on some. Throughout hours of the night 9:00 PM, 11:30 PM, 1AM and 3 AM there was a guy trying to get in the room and constantly knocking. Seen the same guy in the morning during checkout and apparently my room wasn’t the only room he tried getting into at night. There excuse was he was drunk. Could have gone wrong in so many ways. The checkout staff were very helpful and had good spirits though.

The room i was assigned was in extremely poor condition and dirty. The room looked nothing like the photos listed with this hotel. Also the room was on the first floor with the window not latched, I did not feel safe. I left as I did not feel comfortable or safe! Very disappointed and am trying to get a refund.

The hotel was pretty run down, it took at least twenty minutes to get an employee to check us in, and then we didn't see anyone else the whole stay. The hotel is being used partly as a shelter.

Very old and a bit grimy. Beds were clean with clean sheets and blankets. Good for a few hours of sleep and nothing more. Lots of people going in and out who weren't there to rent a room for the night.

It was old but well kept. Probably worth the lower price we paid. Just not my favorite place. Sheets smelled kind of dusty and when we opened the door to walk in it smelled like pickles. The smell did not linger though.

Needs and update and some bleach!!!
Needs renovation. Refrigerator was dirty. Shower curtain yellow. Sheet smelled and look really old. Its ok for a quick overnight but thats it. It is located in a convenient location. Just wish it was cleaner.

This facility was very dirty, the rooms were in poor repair (I asked for a new one after the first had a broken light fixture, the second had a broken toilet that ran constantly for all four days), my key card stopped working twice, one of the doors' key readers broke, the staff inconsistently came in to do cleaning and restock of things (I had to ask for kleenex). Very cheap and for a very good reason.

No shade on light over desk. Glaring bright right next to TV. Main light had only 1 of 2 bulbs working so dingy which is why you had to keep the light with no globe on. Flushed toilet in the morning and water gushed out from between the tank and base. Overall disappointing for the price.

The first impression was several lights did not work and the ones that did were abrasive. Definitely old. Zero pics on the wall or color. Bathroom sink stopper missing. Check out was at 11 but the noise of doors banging and cleaning staff vacuuming and banging into things left a less than enjoyable start to the morning at 8 am on a Sunday. The bed was comfy however there were only 3 very flat pillows. I liked that it was relatively close to the university. Liked that the price was lower than most but I guess you get what you pay for...

Heater didn’t work. Mold above the shower head on the wall. Cable tv was fuzzy. If you’re looking for a budget hotel and you just need a place to sleep, the beds were comfortable, but this is not a hotel I would bring my family.

We had a late check-in on a busy Saturday night. We reserved a two queen room but were given a one queen room, even though we called in advance to indicate our late check-in, Upon arriving to the room, it was dirty, noisy, had a bad odor, and the pull out couch sheets were not changed. We tried to get another room, but were told the rest of the hotel was sold out. We then left to find other accommodations as we would not stay there. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

Very clean but a bit shabby. Cleanliness is my top priority but when I see poorly installed and/or worn interiors I wonder if the underlying infrastructure is safe or reliable. It is also next to the interstate which didn’t bother me but a light sleeper may have been bothered by truck traffic. I would stay there again.

El desayuno no es la gran cosa, hay veces que solo te limpian el baño mientras que las sábanas de la cama pueden estar sin tender y el piso sucio sin limpiar, teníamos que llamar a decir que por favor nos arreglen el cuarto porque el personal no lo hacía, el cuarto que teníamos era libre de fumadores y cuando llegamos olía a cigarrillo, por suerte nos cambiaron a otro el personal es amable pero lastimosamente el hotel da mucho para desear.
