My mother and I stayed here while in town for the weekend. The hotel seems decent enough from the outside, but the rooms are outdated. The front desk lady was nice but clearly overworked, she tried to claim there were no rooms available although I booked the hotel room hours prior to check in and Expedia stated there were 4 rooms left. The room smelled like a nursing home, the sink had pink stains all over it, the shower took 15-20 mins to get hot water to run, the kitchenette sink did not work, the wall A/C ran on constant fan and could not be turned off, the ice maker in fridge did not work. We were evacuated from the 3rd floor due to the fire alarm going off because another guest was smoking in their room. I had to render medical aid to a middle aged woman who fell down a flight of stairs while evacuating and no staff were around to assist during the entire process. It was overall a very bad stay.

I chose this hotel because they had the destination charging 2 J1772 and two Tesla chargers. There was only one parking spot that was not ICE'd, so I was able to charge, but the other three were blocked. I was lucky. The front desk staff was really nice and very helpful when I needed the sofa bedding. The room was dated, and the heating/cooling was not working correctly with the thermostat. The room was roomy and was nice, just dated. It appears that they have some long term guests and I assume those were the ones always hanging out at the entrances smoking, which was not very appealing.

We apologize for the miscommunication between Expedia and our property. Most guest choose to utilize our full kitchen and buy groceries at their leisure which is how we are able to offer such a good rate. We hope you will join us again in the future.

My apologies for the misunderstanding between Expedia and our property concerning breakfast. With each room having a full kitchen and it being an extended stay property, most guests buy their own groceries and enjoy them at their leisure. This is also the reason we are able to keep our nightly rates so low. In any case, I hope you will join us again in the future knowing that. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Room was nice but we didn’t have any shampoo, conditioner, soap, and only 3 towels and a quarter of a roll of toilet paper. It seems house keeping didn’t stock the room. Also would be nice to have a coffee pot and coffee. Called front desk and they didn’t answer (it was after 10). They did give us shampoo and conditioner when we went down and asked for some the next morning.

Looks like they're in the process of sprucing up the place. It's obviously been around a while, but it's still pretty nice as is. No breakfast, but maybe that will change in the future. You could actually live here since they have refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, dishes, silverware, etc.

Fix the Wi-Fi!
This was a nice room. Clean, newish, all features worked except two particularly important things, Wi-Fi & the TV. The TV had thirty-two channels, close to ten said "No signal available". It wasn't like they lost rights; two of the four ESPN channels were out. The Wi-Fi ran at 3.5 mgs which is fine if you're not gaming. But that was when it allowed connection. It lost connection every 5 to 15 minutes with a couple minutes to allow connecting again. It was useless.. Shame, it was a very nice room.

One-night stand...
Staff was friendly enough and the location offered plenty of eateries (chains) and convenience to the highway. Elevator was unattractive and amenities were lacking. Overall, not bad, but not great. I just needed a clean room for a few hours sleep and I got that. I generally try to avoid extended stay hotels as they tend yo show considerable wear and tear and the staff is not acclimated to the typical hotel client.

The whole place smelled like weed, we checked in to our first room only to find that there were already people there. Completely unprofessional and disorganized and a huge invasion of privacy to the poor people who were already in that room. The whole place smelled of weed. The room itself was decent. Smelled somewhat and was not the cleanest. The bathroom was good. The elevator was sketchy at best. There was a nice employee during our check out who offered us some flowers. That was the only saving grace of this hotel.

The manager of this hotel is very good and responded to my concern immediately. But i was disappointed because the frontdeak person is not available when we have hard time in the room. We came to the frontdesk and waited for 30min and no one is there to help with us and another thing we spoke with the hotels.com agent then they called 2 times to the hotel then the frontdesk person came and changed the room. My experience was terrible and one thing i like is the manager is very gud and people who worked on 23,24 june are very kind and helped us with the issue

All the staff was great except one women that was very rude my whole stay. She worked in the morning, she was short, old, and had long thin grey hair also the man that worked with her was not an improvement. Her attitude was very nasty and she spoke to me with no respect. I was told by her I needed to bring my towels down to get new towels after I payed almost 300 dollars for this hotel and also there is no breakfast which is false advertising. In the two days I stayed house keeping never came to me I had to go down multiple times to request towels. I would strongly recommend some customer service training. Definitely will not be back.

We got there and went to bed. It was clean and comfortable the only issue was the desk person was outside smoking and didn't answer the phone when I needed a hairdryer as there wasn't one in the room.
