Staff was all extremely friendly and patient which was very comforting to have being so far from home. So many attractions were super close so made us very happy

Nice pool deck area with comfortable seating. Housekeeping banged on the door at 8:15am though checkout isn't until 11am. That is not pleasant as a sleeping guest. Other staff, such as front desk and parking helpers, were very friendly. This is a no-frills hotel but fine for overnight. The wifi works!

Nice property, big bathroom, lots of room in the room itself. Very clean.. all employees I dealt with from front desk, housekeeping, to valet were very helpful. The housekeeper even made sure to tell me I should get my umbrella out of i had one, because it was raining. Very nice!

We liked everything, but especially the condition of the room, the quietness, and the courteous, helpful and friendly staff. The latter were incredible, starting with Aurora in parking who was outstanding in getting things going off the top. Our hats off to her.

Gostei muito de minha estadia no hotel. Foram 9 diárias. Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, perto dos meus principais pontos de interesse. Quarto espaçoso, com cama, colchão e travesseiros muito confortáveis. Adorei o banheiro. Funcionários muito corteses e prestativos. O que deixou um pouco a desejar foi o café da manhã. Todos os dias, era a mesma coisa. Apesar de podermos pedir algo diferente na cozinha, o café da manhã sempre era a mesma coisa. Já fiquei em outros hotéis nos EUA e eles variavam o café da manhã. No mais, isso não fez com que minha estadia fosse ruim, é só um adendo a respeito da minha estadia. Com toda certeza, eu voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

Great location and poo, friendly & helpful staff
My wife and I stayed here for our first visit to LA and loved it. The hotel was conveniently located to a lot of sights in Hollywood, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and cozy. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were fantastic and very relaxing. The hotel was quiet, and it was a very relaxing stay. I would HIGHLY recommend it.

The room was a standard-sized room with a king-sized bed. Nice shower and bathroom. Comfortable but small compared to what we normally get. There is only one chair and no table of any kind. Towels are nice, and wifi is 24 Mbps if you pay the extra $5. I have no idea what the normal speed is. NO PARKING unless you are willing to shell out $45 for valet. I have no idea where you park otherwise. Free breakfast was good, but out of coffee and no ketchup for the cubed potatoes. There was only one person on staff to do everything, including bus the table. Poor guy.

Close to Hollywood Bowl and clean!
Great place to stay if youre going to the Hollywood Bowl or want to be a short drive away from Universal Studios. Clean! There's outside construction happening right now but dont let it fool you...the place is clean. The elevator needs some upgrading but the rooms were a clean and comfortable stay.

Easy walk to the Hollywood Bowl. The parking lot was blocked off when we got there, which was very frustrating since there is literally nowhere else to stop your car, but the manager was super nice and waived our parking fees for our stay. Very nice, clean place to stay!

Have stayed here several times times now. The staff is very accommodating. Early check-in was no problem. My most recent stay was aways from the venue where i was attending a concert. I would rather stay here, knowing that I will be taken care of, than risk staying elswhere.
