the inside of the b and b is ok the exterior and surrounding are dreadfull needs total revamp no outside space to sit in a tip

Overall a lovely place and friendly but sadly no hot water was very disappointing. The breakfasts were of a very good standard and again very friendly.

Field Place

Very hospitable and friendly and clean room, lovely cooked breakfast. Good quality food. The location was within a mile of the beach. Very nice walk to the beach from the b and b. The owners can tell you where there are nice walks in the area too and where to eat. Just 3 miles or so from Arundel. An enjoyable and relaxing stay. Have recommended to my family.

My wife, Pauline and I stayed for three nights and enjoyed the whole experience. Not only would we recommend the hotel to others but we are planning on staying their again in the near future. I would also state that the English Breakfast was very good but maybe an extra rasher of bacon and sausage would be welcome.

very relaxing place to stay

Very clean and well presented inside, friendly welcome. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Excellent quality breakfast. Ideal location for a quiet weekend away. Black Horse pub a mile away (excellent food), take a torch if walking at night! (Oystercatcher pub restaurant a bit nearer, food OK). Would definitely stay hear again if in the area.

Don't be put off by the building works going on in the garden, this is a lovely, friendly hotel to stay in. Loved the beach hut theme of the room which was very clean. Good breakfast as well. Only moan was the poor wi fi.

Electric gates not a great entrance and there are works in the garden area, but B&B was good. Not ideal for walking into village as road is busy.

This B+ B was first class in every respect, from where it was situated to the decor and quality of the furnishings to the fantastic welcome and service of the Land Lady / Owner. I would have no hesitation in staying here again I only wish it could have been for longer. Thankyou for a great stay. Dean.

A very pleasant B&B, room was very tidy and clean. Owner was very cheerful and helpful. delightful pub 10 minute from B&B. Breakfast was also nice.

I'd prefer to stay at this fantastic B&B than a hotel!

Field Place B&B is an excellent place to stay. I stayed there 2 nights and it was very comfortable. The whole place was spotless, I couldn't find one fault with the room or the bathroom. The rooms where big, with flat screen TV, lovely views and a large shower. The rooms had everything you needed, a lot more than most exspensive hotels I've stayed in. The only draw back is there aren't many restaurants around but for a 14min drive to Arundel there's some fantastic places to eat. You get a lot for your money here and I'd recommend staying here to anyone.
