Personnel aimable, courtois et efficace. Par contre, l’emplacement n’est pas des plus accessibles ni attrayants ; il faut utiliser la voiture au moindre déplacement. En outre, l’ambiance aux alentours est forcée, typique des trappes à touristes (il n’y a qu’à voir le prix des tartes aux pommes pour s’en rendre compte…) Dommage.

Décevant
Très mauvaise odeur dans la chambre qui a besoin d'un très gros rafraîchissement. Chambre vraiment très vieille et inconfortable. Le wifi fonctionnait très mal dans la chambre. Sur notre réservation il était indiqué "petit déjeuner gratuit" mais nous n'avons vu aucun petit déjeuner lors de la remise des clefs le matin. Très déçu. Point positif la localisation pour visiter Lancaster et ses environs.

Price is very good. Nice area and clean but no microwave in roof, they have one in ice machine room. No coffee or breakfast buns.

You get what you pay for…. And this was cheap. Clean room but very dated and old. No microwave and small refrigerator. Good place to crash for the night with nothing else to offer.

I first thought the room was too cold. My husband found out.. he did not turn the heater on properly. I give a 5 star review and will return next year to Dutch Treat Motel .. Ronks PA

The property is located right across the street from sight and sound theater and is easily walkable during daylight performances. After dark would be best to drive. It is a good budget conscious place to stay. If you are looking for an inexpensive room for the night, this is the place to stay.

Do NOT stay here
This was the worst hotel EVER! Box springs were filthy and propped up off the floor with wooden 2x4's Broken air/heat unit plus so loud could not keep it on at night. Broken windows. Dirty ashtrays outside the front door Disgusting carpet Horrible mattresses like 3 inches thick. Flies everywhere in the room Then there's the mold in the bathroom..... Overall awful, Seriously the building should be condemned.

Bring your own wee coffee maker and hair dryer and it rivels any chain hotel room. Very clean, very quiet, quite spacious.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Room was horribly filthy, writing on walls, grit crunched under foot bugs on surfaces, ed had bugs on comforter and sheets. When tried to speak to owner, he raised his hands at me told me i have a problem., my husband had to step in to make sure i didnt get hurt.

Check in easy. No real issues. Room is very very old. Pillows stink. Not very updated at all. Pool was clean but no chairs. Room said hair dryer but none. These rooms need some tending to.

Do yourself a favor, keep going, rooms are smelly!
This Motel is very run down. The first room we walked into gaged us with the smell of cigarette smoke. We were given another room which also smelled of smoke. I was told they were all nonsmoking rooms but just calling it a smoke-free room doesn't make it so. Especially if it stinks of smoke. The carpet was rank looking and full of cigarette holes and both bed covers had burn holes. The curtain was thread bare with holes. We bought a can of lysol and sprayed everything. The only thing good about this place is that is across from the Sight and Sound. We won't go back.

First off the smell,musty,smell stale cigarette smoke, wall paper peeling, plywood for a vanity, sheets and blankets smelled musty and mattress was high at the feet and low at the head ..Mattress felt like it was sinking in the center . The tv didn't work, it would come on but no channels . No microwave, no hair dryer, no ironing board.

Friendly people and clean.
It is very easy access to back roads to get you further down on Route 30 east. It is just across from the sight and sound theater and easy home if your going to a 7pm show. It has a swimming pool that is nice and the proprietor is very friendly. Stayed here many times, the price is right.

The pool was ok. The rooms were dingy and outdated. No plugs in the rooms. The air conditioner and fan were noisy. There was no free breakfast like they advertise. No coffee makers in the rooms. Very disappointed.

A friend and I were headed to an event that was overnight. Being an hour and half away, we didn't want to spend a lot for a room. Found this motel on Expedia for $99 and it was perfect. Clean room, well maintained, and a friendly staff. There was even a great looking pool, that we wanted to hop in but we had our day mapped out already. I would definitely stay again.

I liked the fact that the transaction and entry into the room was really nice and the staff was friendly. I didn't like the fact that the bathroom shower's faucet had a bug sticking out of it and it was a bit disgusting. But altogether, it was not bad.

I have some issues at the first night but then staff members were very helpful and make their best to make me feel comfortable and satisfied, I would give them a 5 stars now for the room that they give me, clean sheets, bathroom clean carpets clean, the area is safety,very centralized near everything. Would stay again in this same room.

Great stay.
Had to change reservations three days prior to arrival management was more than helpful and did not charge me the cancellation fee. When we arrived the room we did keep was ready and we were able to check in early. The people could not have been nicer. Not the newest motel but everything was clean and the grounds were very nice.
