Bien

Absolutely lovely hotel!

Publié le 16 avr. 2014
Situated near to all cultural tourist spots...a short 15 minute walk to the the Old Town- perfect. Close to tram lines and tour 'buggies' (I recommend them as it gives you the bearings of the area, informative and for a cheap price!). Stunning rooms, very clean, rooms cleaned daily, large selection for a breakfast and lovely staff- what more do you want in a hotel?! Would come here again and recommend to anyone :)

Lovely central hotel

Publié le 14 avr. 2014
Les + : great location, clean and tidy, friendly helpful staff, nicely decorated
Les - : more room around the bed, more electrical sockets
Situation : great location in the Jewish Quarter, great bars and restaurants just around the corner. easy walking distance to tram stops, and local sights
Lovely little hotel, well situated in the Jewish Quarter with bars and restaurants just around the corner. Beautifully decorated in sumptuous golds throughout, with a lift to all but the top floor, and interesting decorations in the stairwells. The room had a large TV on the wall, a fridge and WiFi. Staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. Single room was very clean but it's the first time I've ever had a tiny single bed in a 'single' room, it was comfortable and adequate but the room was small and the bed situated in a small gap meaning there was only a small area to squeeze into to get into bed. However as the room was simply a place to sleep during a busy holiday, it wasn't too much of a problem. Breakfasts were served in the basement room and were plentiful with a typical continental buffet style spread, and hot breakfasts cooked to order. Overall the hotel was a great place to stay, and I would stay there again and definitely recommend it to friends.

Quiet and comfortable

Publié le 14 avr. 2014
Les + : Quiet and relatively convenient.
Les - : Space in the breakfast room - chairs too awkward.
Situation : Historic Jewish area with trendy bars and cafes.
Tucked away in an historic area. Friendly staff. Quirky public decor. Close to vibrant street life - cafes etc.

Les + : A great location in the Jewish Quarter. Friendly staff Comfortable clean rooms Satisfactory breakfast.
Les - : Perhaps towels and bed linen could do with a refresh
Situation : In the Jewish Quarter so lots to explore.Walking distance from the main square
The staff were extremely friendly. The hotel was situated in the Jewish Quarter and although close to the bars cafes and restaurants it was very quiet.

Good quiet location but close to all amenities

Publié le 25 janv. 2014
Les + : Friendly & helpful staff. Spacious room with seating, flatscreen TV, fridge etc. Free safe & wifi access in room.
Les - : Would have preferred double instead of twin beds but that may have been down to availability.
Situation : Plenty of cafes, bars & restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. Also close to riverside walks, trams etc with easy access to the old town.
Hotel in a quiet side street. Reception & kitchen staff all very friendly & helpful with advice on local attractions, taxis etc. without being pushy. I did see other hotels that I may have considered instead but they were double the price so overall I felt that this hotel provided extremely good value for money & would definitely go back on my next trip to Krakow.

clean, spotless but...

The hotel is clean and staff professional. Breakfast offers pretty good selection plus a cooked option. But despite the touch of antiquity the hotel feels a bit sterile for Kazimierz. Don't expect much views and there is quite a bit of noise at night from the street.
