Bel hôtel, la piscine est sympa, le personnel est très gentil. Les bungalows sont joliment décorés. Bien situé, proche d'un village de pêcheurs. On mange très bien au restaurant de l'hôtel, accès direct à la plage. La climatisation dans la chambre est bruyante, prévoir des boules quies et de l'anti-moustique. la chambre a toujours été nettoyée, sauf la veille du départ où ils se sont contenté de faire le lit et replier les linges. Des tongs, parapluies, panier et linges de plage sont fournis. nous étions très content de notre séjour.

Les bungalows se sont bien situés,agrēables,calmes . Le petit déjeuner continental correct mais pour local juste un plat. L'hôtel n'est pas loin de fisherman village environ 10 minutes à pieds .Il y a un petit marché environ 20 minutes. Tous les vendredis soirs à partir de 16H ,il y a un grand marché .

We offer excellent location with quiet beach on one end and busy street on the top end with supermarkets, banks and atms and pharmacy and tour companies and motor rentals. Our breakfast offer simple selection of 24 with a fresh egg station to cook the eggs the way you want them each morning. The restaurant is set on the beach with full seaview everyday. Chambre confortable. Bungalow dans la nature à quelques mètres de la plage de Bophut. Service discret, mais tout à fait correct. Proximité appréciable (15 minutes à pied) avec Fishermen's Village, ses restaurants et commerces. Seul bémol, qui dit bungalow dans la nature, dit moustique !

agreable hotel
Agréable séjour au Lawana Resort à Bophut.Les chambres Garden Premier sont très jolies de couleurs éclatantes, violet, vert, jaune , rose et ont tout le confort nécessaire. Le personnel de l'hotel est serviable et agréable. Celui du restaurant un peu moins mais il y a un restaurant sympa à 2 pas, le free house où on mange très bien. La plage est belle, l'environnement agréable, les jardins sont bien entretenus.2 inconvénients : pas assez de transats sur la plage qui peuvent de plus être utilisés par des personnes étrangères à l'hotel; second problème, la mer est boueuse à cet endroit et donc cela rend la baignade peu agréable.

Vi drar gjerne hit igjen. Vi bodde i en bungalow suite seawiew og den var helt ok. Resorten begynner å bli gammel og bærer preg av dette. Men alt i alt et veldig deilig sted. Personalet er veldig hyggelige.

Nice resort
Stayed 3 nights in this resort with my wife and kids and had a nice stay .the food was ok the pool and beach are great for the kids the massages on the beach are good only thing i didn t like was the quality of sea it was dirty !

Very good - but!!
The Lawana is a nice quite and relaxing place to stay. It has loads of interesting greenery and flowers throughout. There is a great pool or a gently shelving beach to choose from. I did not find my little bungalow especially comfortable. Hard, wooden and upright armchairs and cold showers are not my thing. The accomidation is not horrendous but could easily be better. The breakfast was great and food during the rest of the day is very good and quite cheap, the lunchtime "happy hour" deals are very good. Should you wish to wonder down the road to shop, at The Fishermans Village for instance, or eat out you will have to deal with a very busy, noisy, unpleasent and difficult to cross road.

We offer hot water in your shower and the bathtub and guests can mention it to any of our staff if hot water is not running properly and we will fix it right away for you. If we fail that we will immediately give guests a new room. All our promises will be honoured accordingly. Our breakfast is basic of some 24 selections, set on the sea side with full sea view . We are not a luxury resort so we will not look a 5 star hotel. The busy street is in the front with supermarkets, banks and atms and lots of local restaurants. Suwan

Since June last year of your visit, we have now upgraded our whole wifi now very strong in all the rooms and public areas. And all is free to our guests.

Good hotel
We stayed here for 1 night. This is the second time we have used this hotel as it's close to koh samui airport and reasonably priced with a pool and on the beach. The room we had was garden premier they are clean and adequate for what we wanted. The food is also fairly reasonably priced at the hotel restaurant. They also have a happy hour!

Great bungalows, well mainained and friendly staff
We traveled as a family of 4 (2 kids of 11 and 13) for Christmas and New Year 2014/ 2015 and booked 2 bungalows. They gave us two in direct neighbourhood. The beach was nice, clean and very close. The pool was well maintained, enough loungers were always available. The rooms were in very good condition and clean. The beds were convenient, only one nail showed up in between the two matraces that became quite dangerous. The staff at the reception was always very friendly and helpful for booking trips. Very likely that we will come again since also the location was quite good - a lot of good restaurants (especially the Italian Pizza Restaurant in direct neighbourhood) were to find in foot-walk-distance. Only the breakfast became a bit boring after some days since there was no change of coice at all.

A clean hotel
The hotel was clean and well located on a beach close to shops, restaurants and airport. Major shopping 10 minutes away by taxi. Rooms were a good size and had all facilities but are not modern. Beds and pliiows were ok only. Aircon was essential and it worked but was very noisy. Breakfast and meals at restaurant were reasonable in terms of price and food quality. A really good place to stay for backpackers and budget travellers. Staff were eager to assist but were difficult to communicate with as I had limited knowledge of Thai language.

Overall great with minor observations
Great value, great service, great setting (beautifully cared for, lush gardens) and the location (about 10 mins walk down the beach to Fisherman's Village) suited us perfectly. Free wifi which worked well most of the time. A few minor observations - the "2 for one" lunch menu is a nice idea but we didn't find it very practical as we seldom wanted two of exactly the same thing. The wooden platform our mattress was on (room 133) was pretty creaky. The airconditioning was quite noisy even though we turned the fan down to low. There are signs in reception saying that there is a computer you can use for a payment but when I asked the staff said they didn't have one any more. Fair enough, most people are on iphones these days anyway, but why not just take down the signs? The massages on offer by the team between the beach and pool were great. I had a "foot scrub" as well one day and the chemical painted on the sole of my foot actually burnt a small hole in the skin (about the size of a NZ 10 cent coin on the side of one of my feet. I have no idea why it only did this in one place, and its healing up ok so I'm not worried about it but it has put me off having any treatments involving applying products which are not properly branded. These are all minor points, I would happily go back to Lawana Resort and would definitely recommend BoPhut as a location.

Away from the madness.
Pleasant little resort. Friendly, attentive staff. Close to the Fisherman's Village. Just stroll up the beach and the only problem you'll encounter is whether or not have a cocktail before or after your beautifully cooked meal.

Ich hatte auf Ihrer Internetseite einen Bungalow HI Delux angemietet, dieser entsprach bei Ankunft nicht dem, was auf dem Bild abgebildet war. Punkto Frühstück stand auf meiner Buchung "Frühstück für Zwei" ich war aber nur eine Person. Habe dieses , denke auch bezahlt. Ich hatte für zwei Tage Besuch bekommen und wollte dieses "Frühstück für zwei" in Anspruch nehmen. Nach langer Diskussion mit der Chefin des Hause, musste mein Besuch das Frühstück bezahlen, ist für mich die totale Abzocke. Eigentlich schade. Da mein Flug erst um 21:40 Uhr ging, musste ich mein Bungalow für 500 Bat, bis 19:00 Uhr bezahlen. Ist für mich kein Service, null Toleranz. Eigentlich schade für die Anlage, Denke, da die Anlage gut ausgebucht ist, hat man es nicht nötig, individuell auf den Gast einzugehen. Tut mir Leid, dass ich so berichten muss. Es ist gottseidank nicht der Alltag, habe in Thailand schon viel angenehmen Service und Flexibilietät kennen gelernt. Daher weiss ich, dass es geht. Danke für ihr Verständnis

Clean, relaxing and great location.
Very nice and clean. Great location on the beach, we only stayed one night and it was very quiet, probably due to it being the off season and on the opposite side of the island to the 'nightlife'. Nice resort though.

Great hotel, family style. The pool is just in front of the beach where you can also have breakfast. The staff was really friendly and nice. Better than the Q Signature where we also stayed in Samui, highly recommended.

Sehr freundliches Personal am Check-in und im Restaurant, sehr gutes Abendessen, Frühstücks-Buffet ok aber zu teuer (war bei uns nicht im Preis inbegriffen). Die Anlage ist sehr dicht bebaut und bietet daher wenig Privatsphäre und wirkt etwas verschachtelt. Die Begrünung dazwischen ist aber üppig und schön. Das Zimmer war schon etwas älter und in entsprechendem Zustand, aber sauber und zweckmässig.

Har kun de varmeste anbefalinger å komme med når det gjelder Lawana Resort. Upåklagelig service, flott hotellområde, gode engelskunnskaper og fine Bungalower. Mulig beliggenheten kan føles litt dum med tanke på at det ligger nære ringveien og et stykke fra storby, men du merker ingenting til veien og en taxitur til Chaweng er både billig og ganske rask. Vil mye heller bo her neste gang jeg besøk Koh Samui enn i det slitsomme området ved Chaweng. Hotellet har egen strand som er veldig fin og har dypt vann (ikke en selvfølge på øyene i Thailand), selv om sanden er litt grov går det veldig fint. Vår bungalow var liten, men trivelig, AC fungert litt sløvt, men det ble kaldt nok til natten. Lawana Resort er for meg verdt en ny tur til Koh Samui, om ikke annet så bare for bo der igjen. Vakker hage med nydelige blomster over hele området.

I really liked the flowers and animals in the garden. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good.

Einfaches Hotel direkt am schönen Sandstrand... Zimmer im hinteren Teil es Hotels nicht zu empfehlen. Die Bungalows sind okay. Frühstück sehr einfach, aber nicht schlecht. Preis/ Leistung stimmt.

Big Cheap Hotel
Lawana was a nice hotel, it has a great location near the beach and local shops/restaurants. The room was nice and the staff were OK.

When deluxe doesnt mean deluxe
I booked in here in November 2012 and had a 'Garden Deluxe Bungalow' First impressions of hotel reception is that it is tired and in need of some money spending on it... These 'deluxe' rooms are the worst they have. Air con broken, outside door to room wouldn't close or lock. The bathroom had holes in the wall and a sheet of plastic on the roof, it came with a dead lizard on the wall. The hotel DOES have some nice rooms but it also has some pretty dreadful rooms too. They wanted three times to upgrade so I checked out and checked in next door at the Ibis. These rooms make this resort a 1 star international in my opinion. They need to stop selling these 'deluxe' rooms and concentrate on the good rooms but dont sell economy 1 star rooms as 'deluxe' and then try to explain that in Thailand deluxe means 'budget'

You are correct that these are extra rooms that we sell to guests who really need any kind of rooms during the high season when all our standard Premier Garden Bungalows are sold out. For the low rate we charge, these rooms can be branded deluxe for the low rates. We do not recommend them and only sell them when the house if full. Suwan

Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Schöner Garten. Personal sehr freundlich. Anlage insgesamt dicht konzipiert. Eher kleiner, aber eigener, Strand. Daher auch Mallorcafeeling. Insgesamt sehr komfortabler Pauschaltourismus.
