Everything was perfect... except.. 1-the business center computers cannot print pdf files, not useful if you cannot print your boarding pass... it did accept my USB key though... disapointing, did not ask staff about it.
2-The hotel has no shuttle to the airport, however they charge 200 pesos to call a taxi and ask him to ride you to the airport, with my very basic Spanish skills, I went in the street with my bags and got myself a taxi to the airport for 100 pesos.. half price.
NH is a hotel originating from Spain, I don't understand why after paying 90$ USD for a regular basic room they would want to make 100% profit just for calling a cab and asking him to take you to the airport!
When I questioned why it was so expensive to call a cab to take me to the airport and yada yada, I got a sales speech about security and them speaking Spanish... if a totally uninformed tourist goes in mexico city, ok, it's worth the extra $ but at that price, the clerk should come in the cab too to chat and entertain you on your way to the airport.
They should really consider contracting a shuttle service that takes you to the airport for free, transportation is really cheap in mexico in general, in other non touristic cities a 15-20 minutes taxi ride cost 35-45 pesos (that's 3-4 USD).
Apart from that, if you know how to deal with taxis in mexico city, this hotel is amazing, room is clean, I would qualify my cheap room of luxurious, police is on the street outside, it feels very safe. A+
