Exterior & Lobby areas of the property are well maintained. Most of the staff are nice. The phones did not work in the rooms. The sleeping quarters are good but the bathroom needs renovation! I had standing water when I showered & the tub was rusted & gross. I asked to be moved but the manager declined even after other guests had checked out and rooms were available. The manager was rude. When I was telling him about the standing water & missing bulbs in the hallway, he said he only wanted to know what was wrong with the room I was in. The manager said because the dirty tub had “swirl” proved there was drainage. I took videos & pictures of the grossness. Overall, the property is good if you get a good room. There are delicious cookies & beverages at check-in : Monday - Thursday). Daily hot breakfasts are also available.

Front desk woman appeared to be sick, coughing a lot. She shouldnt have been there! Hotel was very inconvenient to get to, coming from the south and then getting back on the road the next morning, going north! Otherwise, it was a decent hotel!

The rooms were clean and comfy. Dee at the front desk is very nice. The wifi was not the best. It is near the highway so it was a little loud. If you don’t hold onto the room door until it closes it slams shut and it’s very loud so if others in the hallway are not considerate it can be annoying.

Convenient property right off the frontage road. Property is well maintained & safe. They include daily breakfast, delicious cookies & fresh beverages! I was impressed. The main lobby was also nice. I appreciated the microwave & refrigerator. The bathroom could use an update but overall, I was very pleased with the hotel, the staff & my stay.

This property was a blessing! We stayed at several other hotels on our road trip that were DREADFUL, and this night was a real blessing. Everything was new and clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and spotless and had Dove brand products that smelled amazing. The beds were DELIGHTFUL and we didn't want to get up in the morning. The staff were friendly and cheerful and clearly enjoyed their jobs. A great value for the price; I would definitely stay here again.

Homeless people wondering around parking lot. Other customers up all hours of the night, slamming doors, yelling, etc. Random cars in parking lot, smoking and listening to music. Staff was nice, that’s about it. Would not stay here again…

The place felt run down and while is is clear there were recent attempts at improvement, the over all vibe was tired and poorly maintained. The bed was lumpy and mattress felt old. Three sad beat up pillows per bed. Nice high ceilings. Window illuminated all night with light from landscaping. Really loud ac unit. The front desk person was rude at check in. She was busy chatting with friends and seemed disgruntled at our arrival. She checked me in and when i pointed out that i booked 2 rooms she said "nope, sorry". Im like "yes, i did." She responded very agressively "well i dont have it so too bad." I said maybe it is u der that name of our friends that are staying with us. Which it was. I booked and bought both rooms so it is ridiculous that the rooms were not together in the checkin pile. Also she could have looked up my reservation instead of just dismissing me. It was rude, unfriendly and immediately made the critical of everything that came after. I would not stay here again. It is not the worst place i have stayed but for the price i could have done better.

Dirty, run down, bed fell apart when my son laid on it (side panel fell off and it was evident that it had happened many times), the bathroom was covered in rust and the bathroom door was mishung so it wouldn’t close. The shower was so bad that I had to rinse my hair in the sink to get the shampoo all the way out. The lampshades were broken. One was even put on upside down…. It was one of those places that you slept in your clothes fully dressed because it didn’t feel clean enough not, too. However, the breakfast was nice and that area was clean. The staff was pleasant- so that’s a plus!

Not so great
I think the rating numbers that I saw pre-booking were a little high based on my experience. What I liked was the ease of parking, easy access to the interstate, and availability of free WiFi’s and breakfast. However, there were particles of hair present in my bathroom, the tub looked questionable, I saw marks on one of the beds, the door was a bit warn down, the juice machine was out of order, there was no bacon at breakfast, the cleaners came by bothering me before the official check out time, and the walls were thin so I could hear noise from the room beside me.
