Très bien situé entre kuhio avenue et kalakaua. Juste en face du waikiki market, énorme avantage pour se restaurer et faire des petites courses. Personnel très serviable et accueillant

Nous avons pris un appartement pour 5 pers on etait donc dans ce quils appellent un penthouse mais tres loin de ce qu'il y a en photo. C'est la 1ere fois que l'on me demande les passeports de toutes les personnes residant dans l'appartement y compris les mineurs! Dans l'appartement il ny avais que 4 serviettes et il fallait demander a la reception alors que l'on nous a bien demandé les pieces d'identite des 5 pers!!! Ct pas ouf pour un penthouse mais lhotel est bien situé

I enjoyed the room and the amenities here however there were definitely a few issues. For one when we parked our car in the lot the person at the front desk told us is was 40 dollars a day. Which I was willing to pay, but when it came time to pay at the end she told us that there was an additional 27 dollars a day on top of that. It completely not fair and very misleading. Also When we showed up to the hotel there was an extra 150 fee when we checked. I was under the impression we had already payed for fees and the nightly rate online. I felt this was all very dishonest and misleading. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Stayed at Ohana Waikiki East for 18 nights. Great location to Waikiki Market across the street, Royal Hawaiian Centre and International Marketplace. The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay and unfortunately could not experience their new lobby - I'm sure it will be great. Staff was accomodating with our requests for ice and housekeeping items. The newly renovated rooms are nice, only thing missing is a microwave and maybe a larger fridge. Please add heating to the pool - it was too cold for swimming during our stay and we ended up going to the beach instead.

I booked 2 rooms (family trip) first nite the room next to my nieces the guest were very loud and my nieces couldn’t sleep until 4am they said they called security and nothing was done very disappointed….I was not aware that construction was going on, on the property and across the street. The property was under construction, loud and noisy. There was a day that we lost warm water and the hotel had to do an emergency shutdown from 8 AM to 1 PM, very inconvenient especially since we had outdoor events planned early in the morning, so we couldn't wash up properly. Great service from the staff, but we were not aware of this prior to booking this property, I would have booked elsewhere if I knew that the construction was going to be happening during our stay.

The location was great with lots of shopping and restaurant options and a quick walk to Waikiki beach. The staff were awesome as well but the hotel was under renovation and I wasn’t informed of the construction. There was no hotel lobby and the elevators were a little confusing, and the rooms we stayed in were musty with very thin walls.

The property is in a great location. Easy walk to the beach. Right next to the international market. Lots of nearby restaurants. Know the hotel is under renovation. In its current state, especially if you get an old room that hasn’t been updated this is the equivalent of a 1 star hotel/motel. Worn and dirty wallpaper. Chipped paint. Since the lobby is closed you enter through a converted room in the parking structure. Immediately after checking in we were looking into refund options and other hotels in the area because it really wasn’t an ok space to stay. The staff were great and moved us to an upper level that had been renovated. This is a huge improvement. New wallpaper and paint and carpet. No longer a “gross” hotel you’d assume you’d get for 30-40 dollars near a truck stop. But the renovation is just removing the grime and some of the wear and tear. The trim around the doors is still terribly chipped and worn, just painted over. The doors both front and between rooms have gaps all around letting both light and sound through. Our room had two doors two two adjoining rooms. Unlike usual hotel rooms where there is a door on each side there was just one with a lock on each side. When the folks in the room next door decided to fight and argue starting at 430 am the first night it was like we were in the same room. They are updating a renovating the whole place so we just let it slide that the shower head didn’t work and used the wand to shower all week.

Had a beautiful freshly renovated room. There was a little water issue but the staff promptly addressed this issue and immediately assigned us a new room with an upgrade. They took very good care of us during our stay and Angie, Josh, and Melissa were spectacular front desk agents and greeted us by name each time we passed thru the lobby. Definitely reccomend Ohana East to anyone staying in Waikiki!
