Excellent emplacement avec vue sur la rivière des Parfums. La salle de manger est spacieuse et sert un excellent petit-déjeuner. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Vue incroyable sur Hué et chambres luxueuses
Vue incroyable sur Hué, séjournez dans un Palace avec un petit déjeuner buffet incroyable, une piscine et salle de sport. Le vrai luxe à petit prix. Surtout n'oubliez pas de prendre un verre au coucher du soleil sur le rooftop de l'hotel! Incroyable :)

Escapade de 3 jours. Visite des temple et Cité Impériale. Charmant hotel, mais qui pour mériter son 5 étoiles devra rénover ses espaces commun...tapis tachēe, meubles déchirés en salle à manger, éclairage désuet dans le halle d'entrée. Chambres rénovées et très confortable.

Hotel parfait
Superbe hôtel emplacement idéal chambres de grand confort et personnel très professionnel terrasse sublime avec une vue sur la rivière des parfums et la ville. Excursions proposées par l'hôtel un peu chères. Visités des temples et tombeaux ainsi que de la cité impériale à faire absolument. Seul bémol le temps en janvier avec pas mal de pluie et donc utilisation de la piscine le soir après les visites impossible sauf pour les grands courageux(piscine non chauffée ). Hôtel à recommander vivement.

Proche du centre de Hue, vue magnifique sur le fleuve et la ville, véritable 4*
L'hotel est situé près du pont et du fleuve du parfum, pratique et proche des restaurants de qualité. Notre chambre donne sur la ville et le fleuve et offre une vue magnifique. Le niveau d'équipement est conforme aux descriptions, bien que le WIFI ne marche parfois pas bien. Le service technique a installé pour nous un poste de Wifi dans la chambre, permettant de maintenir une connexion correcte. Le petit déjeuner propose un choix varié et les plats sont plutôt bons. Propreté, service, accueil et attention : conforme pour un hotel de cette classe.

まず、タクシーで玄関前に降りると男のマネージャーの対応と笑顔が素晴らしい。フロントとでは女子の優しい対応ホットさせて貰いました。部屋はリバービューの角部屋の右と左に窓がある明るい経や。最高です。今回で5度目の宿泊ですが、夏の季節は初めてでプールにはいりましたが、プールの水が汚らしく思えたのが残念です。夜の屋上レストランの夜景はずらしく、ビールが旨いです。

Very nice, luxury, and clean hotel. Friendly & polite staffs. The staffs took extra care of us, always open the door & great us each time we go in & out. Special thanks to the concierge, Mr. Van Duc. He was so nice. He helped us with our luggages when we arrived, when we left, and lended us an umbrella when we went for a walk as it was sprinkling.

Great experience
Everything was perfect. The room was really comfortable and ultra clean. The breakfast was awsome. The swiming pool clean and pleasant. And the staff was really great, everyone was kind and attentive to the clients, special mention to Van Duc who was super nice and helped with booking and information. Highly reccomended.

ロケーションは旧市街と新市街を結ぶ橋にあり、どこに行くにも良いロケーションです。ちょっと中国系の大きなホテルとイメージが似ています。そのせいか中国人の団体客が多かったです。朝食はビュフェで種類はたくさんあります。部屋は大きくて快適でした。シャワーが真上から出るタイプで方向なども調整出来ないのが難点。

Hotel was perfectly located for us, we were able to walk to recommend restaurants, the Imperial City and laundry service. The hop on hop off bus was a short walk also. The staff was great and much help. Will stay here again.

The hotel was lovely. Very well located. Breakfast was exceptional with so much choice and do much cooked to order. Pool needs more loungers but is lovely to cool off.

Perfect location for visiting Hue
Lovely property in a great, quiet location for walking and visiting Hue. The rooms were large and clean, the shower water was hot, and breakfast had a wide variety of dishes. Special recognition needs to be given to the bell captain who was friendly, welcoming and of the utmost help when we were looking for a driver for the day to visit sites outside Hue, transportation to Da Nang, a refrigerator in which to store a food item before travel the next day, and general sightseeing info. His welcome back to the hotel after a long day of sight-seeing each evening made us feel like a member of the family at the hotel.

Just what we needed
Great location. Service was efficient and they helped us a lot with some extra requirements including driver and tour guide at last minute. Food and service was great. Only feedback is the pool area is old and tired without service and couches in river suites are uncomfortable (for me at least) and made the extra lounge room not of much use.

The hotel is within easy walking distance to tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. We were very impressed with the buffet breakfast provided each morning. The staff and management were excellent.

A Royal stay at the Imperial Capital in Vietnam
We stayed a total of 4 nights at this hotel. First of all, the hotel is in a very central location, within walking distance to Perfume River, River Walk, Imperial Palace, Dong Ba market, restaurants and shops. The hotel is so beautiful, with imperial architecture and western comfort. Check-in was a breeze, and we had an upgrade to a room with city/river view at the top floor. Room is spacious. Breakfast has selections of Vietnamese and western dishes. But best of all is the services and friendliness of staff. They arranged everything for us with a smile. We had a great time at this hotel and would come back again.

Lovely hotel. Excellent position within walking distance of the Perfume River and Imperial City . Nice and quiet with a great rooftop bar and high level outdoor pool. We travelled at the height of the corona virus so maybe quieter than usual but the staff couldn’t do enough for us, even down to collecting laundry within 5 minutes of calling and returning it within a couple of hours ! Fantastic views from restaurant , pool and rooftop bar Would highly recommend
