Bel accueil , chambre au deuxième étage mais ascenseur hors service , mais la dame a la réception nous avait aviser . Il y a un bruit infernal dans l’entrée du corridor au deuxième un ventilateur mais très très bruyant

Really close to the park. Although we didn't use it pool and hot tub looked amazing but the hotel was packed as was the pool. Rooms were nice and quiet spacious. Staff were wonderful. I would stay again. The only thing was the bathroom could have had a deeper cleaning there was a bunch of smaller different hairs on the wall and the grout in the bathroom was in need of a scrub.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Our room was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. It was a very nice room and the hotel was centrally located to restaurants and to the Hershey Theatre. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and to the Hershey Theatre and not have to worry about parking. We would definitely stay here again!

I was put in a room directly across from the elevator. When I checked in I went to my room to take a nap. I heard the cleaning staff in the hallway and what I assumed what was a vacuum cleaner. After the cleaning crew left the floor this noise continued. After about 20 minutes I went out in the hall to see what the noise was. I found the source of the noise. I had been placed in a room. right next to the mechanical room. Needless to say the noise continued all through the day and night. About 6am as people started to leave they gathered in front of my room waiting for the elevator. Of course now I had twice the amount of noise to deal with. This continued until about 9 am. I had been out late the night before and was looking forward to sleeping in. Of course I got no rest that night or in the morning. Then when I went to make coffee with coffee maker provided. I found cups, sugar,creamer,but no coffee or tea. A perfect ending to a perfect stay.

This was the ideal place to stay when we went to Hershey Theater. Staff was so nice. They provided us with a list of local restaurants. The breakfast was nice. Very accommodating. I definitely recommend them. Plus they have late hour the pool is open that was really nice.

This place was awesome.. the beds were so comfortable and the pool and rooms were clean. The front seat lady was so helpful and very nice. The breakfast needs to improve and the bathrooms are really small but other then that I would stay here again. And recommend this place.

Hotel was nice for a day or two. Pool and hot tub were a good size. Few arcade games next to laundy. Pleny of places in walking distance to grab lunch/dinner. In waking distance to hershey museum. We could see hershey park from our room. Drive to chocolate world in 5 minutes. Breakfast was okay. All prepackaged items except for the waffles. No scrambled eggs or meats. Wouldnt spend a week here but just a few days is good. Kids enjoyed the pool. Staff members were nice.

The room was comfortable and clean. Hot tub and pool wete enjoyable. 2 staff members st check in were pleasant and recommended a delicious local Italian restaurant for dinner.

The hotel did have a lot of kids, however for me and my friend it was still a quiet and peaceful night that made it easy to feel comfortable and sleep. The breakfast was good as well! I will say the only inconvenience is trying to get out of the parking lot but that’s only because of the traffic due to Hershey Park. All in all, it was a great experience!!

First, when we received our room key, we went up to our room and lo and behold there was an couple already assigned to that room. We opened the door to a very compromising situation. I’m sure they were just as embarrassed as we were. The sink did not drain. We had to wait till the next morning for the water to go down, I noticed that the grout in the bathroom was very black. So apparently no one ever cleans the grout with bleach. I also noticed on the receipt that they charged me $1.50 for the usage of the safe. We were never asked if we wanted to use a safe which we didn’t use so therefore, I spent $1.50 for no reason I would only give this hotel a 3 to 4 star rating .

We enjoyed our stay. The chocolate smell in the hallway was amazing. Lol The lady checking in was very nice and friendly. When we went to pool for she gave my kids pool toys. Beds could use an upgrade but we still slept well. The area was quiet and we felt very safe. Check out staff was not as friendly, maybe it was because she was also taking care of the breakfast being served. The breakfast was you normally hotel breakfast, which was fine. Would recommend and we will stay again.
