La chambre semblait rénovée, mais la propreté laissait à désiré. Poussière autour du bain. Murs salle dans salle de bain et sur la tapisserie au dessus du lit. À l’arrivée, il y avait une odeur de sens bon à tapis. C’était très désagréable. Nous avons ouvert la fenêtre toute notre séjour. Sinon, hôtel très bien situé. Resto juste à côté et station d’essence. Beaucoup de stationnements. Réceptionniste très gentille et pas compliqué pour le check in ou check out. Nous donnons un 2.5/5. S’ils mettaient un enphase sur une inspection qualité du ménage, cet hôtel recevrait plus de monde. Merci!

Chambre qui n'était pas propre... ménage négligé... chambre de bain sale, poil d'animaux sur le mobilier, saleté au plafond et forte odeur de produit chimique sur les tapis. Serviettes propres, lit confortable et personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner non satisfaisant (nous sommes allés déjeuner au restaurant à proximité).

Disappointing
There was so much that was wrong with our overnight stay. To begin with trash was not emptied from the bathroom. Bathtub was not clean top blanket was dirty complained about that room. They accommodated us by allowing us to move to another room upon doing so stained sheets, two channels to watch sports and news. Needless to say never again will I stay at this hotel.

I had a staff member in town so I had her stay at this hotel. Unfortunately there as a random person that came around to her room banging on the door and made her feel very unsafe. Not sure how secure this is and it was a little troubling for my staff member. Security for guests is a big deal.

The room was really gross. The bed was covered in stains, there was chocolate spread all over the headboard and holes in the walls. Keep that in mind before booking.

STAY FAR AWAY!! The linens and pillows are filthy and covered in yellow and black stains. We ended up going to buy our own sheets, towels and blankets. They only gave us 1 towel for a king suite and no wash cloths. Some of the light fixtures had no light bulbs. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The fire alarm was taken down. Found press on nails on the floor by the head board. The phone had no cords to it, it was just decoration I guess. One of the employees got into a screaming match with a customer befause the empoyees took their stuff out of their room when they had just checked in that day. I could go on but this is lengthy enough.

Pretty shaky motel on balance with things like missing toilet roll holder, non-functional microwave and telephone likely standard fare as in my case. Dirty curtains, stained bedding and a tiny pillow to boot. If it's a dire situation you find yourself in like mine was it will work for a time but no more time than is absolutely neccessary!!

There was no towels in the room. Only one wash cloth and 2 hand towels. Luckily we brought our own. We had the jacuzzi room and the half the jets didnt work. The bathroom door is about to fall off the wall. And you cant even close it There was stains on the sheets and holes on the blanket. The outside door to get in the hotel wasnt lock. It says breakfast included and shows a picture of it. Well guess what no breakfast at all. The front is never up there. Limited on tv channels When i call expedia to get my refund they wouldnt refund me. hotel its horribl. THINK TWICE ABOUT BOOKING

When I got there they said I didn’t have a reservation. It was cancelled by them. The receptionist was rude and didn’t care at all. The lobby was dirty and there was plexiglass in front of me. Very disgusting would never go back there again

Our room was absolutely filthy, our bedding had stains all over it, there was a huge brown chunk of either feces or food on the wall next to our bed, the room smelled like stale cigarettes, we were only given 2 pillows which were about the size of small throw pillows. When we showered, we stood in 2 inches of water because the drain was so clooged of hair. And we were given no washcloths, and 1 towel even though there was 2 people staying on the reservation. And I could keep going....absolutely the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at:(

Do not book here-read reviews.
From arriving at property there were people sitting outside in front of hotel drinking and doing drugs, upon entering dirty lobby, towels and bed sheets were dirty, hallways smelled like weed, NO breakfast as advertised or pictures shown false advertisement, overall dirty and did not feel safe. Will not be returning.

Well I walked in they were smoking Marijuana inside the building and that stinks! The curtains were barely hung up all broken. The bedspread was ripped and multiple burns on em. The TV was broke and not even any cable connected anyways. Smh. Then the toilet seat was also broke. The whole room was overall filthy and not cleaned at all! There was hair all over the bathroom the shower and bathtub area was dirty scum everywhere And to top it off right at 11am this guy comes to pound on your door to scream at you and tell you to get out its time to checkout! As if we didn't know what time checkout was! If I didn't already pay for my room I would have never even had stayed at all! But I prepaid through online not knowing what kind of hotel this was. SmFH!!!! DONT gO THERE UNLESS ITS YOUR LAST CHOICE.

Room is dirty. Sheets have big stains. Mattress is falling apart. Bathroom hasn’t been cleaned or swept. Overall gross smell in the whole building.

It wasnt the worst or best hotel ive ever been to. There were tons of spiders in the hallways as well as dark markings on the walls and cellung if my hotel room. Presentation is definitely not at the top of their list.

Stunk - didn't use shower, didn't look as tho cleaned. No breakfast like indicated. I heard 2 customers prior to me ask for refund Booking this way limits me from doing that or i would have.
