The television selection was quite limited. The remote was cumbersome to use because you have to punch in numbers to select a channel rather just being able to scroll forward or backwards. The direction of the air coming out of the Heater/AC cannot be changed.

The hotel was dirty and outdated. Food and drink spilled on the walls down all the hallways. My room was clean other than the walls. All the staff were nice. My bathroom kept making a clinking noise all hours of the night and there was a leak reported above my room but no damage was done. Just overall needs to be cleaned and taken better care of

Inhospitable. I felt unsafe because of the person working behind the counter. Her lack of empathy and her brash manner made for such an off putting experience, we paid for and did not stay for our second night. They offered to move us to “the good room” where it didn’t smell like cigarettes or industrial cleaner. When I came to breakfast 5 min late, I was told to figure it out as she dumped what was breakfast five minutes ago, into the garbage. I guess this is what yo expect at her home. When I mentioned the gap in my experience I was told that I wouldn’t recieve a refund because I was rude. She admitted they were in the wrong, they should have tried to help and not fight me, but because the situation escalated, I was to blame and they took my money, and told me to leave if I wanted to. I would t recommend this place, if you have the choice. Everyone has a bad day, but I have never been treated so poorly by hotel management in 30 years.

Probably wouldn’t return. The best thing was the spacious hot tub but everything is outdated. Oh and a $30 per hour fee for a late check out. Employee had an attitude. Started knocking the door right at checkout time. Not worth the price.

We needed to be close to the MSA Fieldhouse and this hotel is 3 minutes away. The room was recently updated and clean. Extremely good value. Breakfast included many options. Definitely would stay here again
