Beautiful property but an ongoing balcony project creates terrible metal scraping noise. Check with the hotel before you book!!

Our last minute getaway was more than enjoyable! The room was very well cleaned. The only issue was the drawer was broke. where the safe is placed, when we arrived. We noticed the front when we checked out. But other than that everything was prefect. Loved that the pool area is open until 2. And then having Starbucks right down stairs. Can’t wait to plan another trip!

I come to the san luis 1-2 times a year as a staycation. I always have a great time at the heated pool and bar. The drinks are presented well and taste great and they have some solid food options. Pizza, crispy ribs, and junk fries are very tasty. Even though priced a little high you get what you pay for with quality and presentation. Will definitely keep coming back like i have for years.

First of all they had canceled my reservation but still had a room. The staff expected a tip for everything they did, one guy stood in our room talking while I was on the phone until we tipped him. Then watch your bill, others will charge things to your room without you knowing

The outside of the property was very clean, as well as the main floor. However, the bathroom in our room had quite a bit of mold due to no ventilation. I feel due to the money I shelled out, this was unacceptable. There was also water coming in through the ceilings in the hallways. It had been raining and towels had been placed on multiple levels. It looked like there was previous water damage too.

I loved the heated pool area and the registration check in area decor! The hotel was beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like is the tub was not cleaned prior to checking in.
