Perfect stop for travellers needing to rest before continuing on with their journey. Decent breakfast, easy free parking, nice bathroom amenities, and to have a fitness center and an indoor heated pool is a plus!!!!

Front desk and both check in and check out were great. Bathroom floor was a little dirty and the carpet between the beds and under the desk appeared it had not been swept. Gentleman manning the breakfast was exceptionally courteous and friendly.

The room was very noisy as it fronted the freeway. Sound proof windows would cut down the traffic noise. The furniture in my room was dusty. My bed was never made up and I had to go to the front desk and request more coffee. The bed, however, was very comfortable and I loved the hot breakfast.

There was plenty of parking space. The receptionist was friendly and checkin went quick! Room was clean and there were no disturbances.

I was charged $50 for my small dog to stay overnight. That is horrible! Other places charged $10 or $15 a night. I will not use a Hilton Hotel again!

Our hotel policy is 50.00 for 1-4 days and 75.00 for 5+ days. This is a common charge thru all hotels. Each hotel may charge a different amount it just depends on each hotel. This covers any extra cleaning that may be needed.

I would stay at this place again. The only thing I didn’t like was that our room was towards the back of the hotel facing towards the Interstate. It was noisy even at night. However, we bought earplugs, and that solved the problem.

This property was used to house teams for the Lutheran National Tournament, and as grandparents following our team, we found the facility to be quiet, clean, and felt very safe walking to and from the parking lot. Would for sure stay again if in the area.

Room smelled of severe mildew/mold. Room next to ours had mold in room. Asked to be transferred to a different Hampton Inn and was refused. My son has upper respiratory issues and can't be around mold. Was charged a cancellation fee and am now having to fight that as a charge back. We relocated to the Hampton Inn in Auburn and it was a 10/10.

Our staff here at the Hampton Inn & Suites did offer you a different room. This room was booked through a third party and the hotel cannot directly make changes to those reservations. Also, the hotel has the right to charge cancellation fees on the same day of arrival. We have a 48hr policy.

We arrived Saturday for check in and only had one of the rooms ready, the front desk stated the other room needed checked first. When we got into the other room it’s very clear it was dirty empty bottle on the floor by the bed and the bathroom floor was dirty. We travel a lot for sports and we always do a mattress check. We found a bug, we went down to the front desk where we had to wait for a manager who never came to speak with us. The guy at the front desk said they would have to call pest control and the soonest they would be there was Monday. Since we had two rooms and had places to be we decided to share the 2nd room. After getting back from our scheduled events. We went to pull the couch bed out and found a contact less, white powder substance and lots of hair. In the bedroom we found fruit roll up wrappers popcorn crumbs and a plastic fork. We packed up at 11pm and drove our family home through the night. We notified the lady at the front desk we were leaving and that we had called the Health Department. You could clearly tell these rooms were not even cleaned! If you had someone inspect them like you said was the reason our room wasn’t ready. Clearly that standard operating procedure is not working.

Thank you for your comments. Yes, the clerk is correct. It is our company policy to have the rooms checked out by our pest control first before any refunds. Also, since these rooms are prepaid through Expedia, you would have to contact Expedia for any refunds and they would contact the GM. The hotel clerk cannot offer any refunds. We will also bring up these concerns to the person who inspected the rooms and the housekeepers who cleaned the rooms.

Upon arrival there was no one to check people in and we had to wait a long time. The entire hotel smelled. The carpeting in hallways was stained and filthy. The overall cleanliness was the worst we’ve seen at any Hampton Inn. The parking lot felt unsafe and we felt hesitant to park our car in the back. We would never recommend anyone stay here.

Needs a few changes!
I have used the same location/hotel for years. Although I am not one for bad reviews/complaints….this location has gone downhill as far as a few things. The biggest issue besides cleanliness, was the pool. We booked for a NYE swim since they have always kept the pool open until midnight….the pool was so cold that their lips were turning blue. Not even lukewarm. No one was swimming for this very reason. There were also zero towels. ZERO. We had to go to the front desk both days to get towels. Again, I have always used this location…always have had a great experience. Hopefully the issues are resolved and something is done to get it back up to what it used to be.
