Hôtel parfait en famille
Réception 24h/24 ce qui était un de nos critères de choix de l'hôtel puisque nous arrivions dans la nuit. Un accueil irréprochable avec un cadeau à l'arrivée. L'appartement était très confortable et très spacieux, nous avons regretté de n'y séjourner qu'une nuit! Nous avions pris la box petit déjeuner qui était variée et parfaite pour 4. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à environ 20 minutes de marche du centre historique ce qui est parfait pour visiter.

Je recommande !
L'hôtel est très bien situé et très bien desservi par la navette de l'aéroport (arrêt proche de l'hôtel) qui fonctionne 24/7 pour 4,5£ l'aller. Nous avons eu un appart hôtel avec 2 chambres + 2sdb + 1 grande cuisine américaine + 1 salon. Ce genre d'appart est très spacieux pour 4 à 6 personnes mais pour 2 c'était ridiculement trop grand. La cuisine est bien équipée et la literie confortable. Dans les salles de bain il manquait un sèche cheveux. L'hôtel ne sert pas de petit déjeuner. Nous avons rencontré plusieurs personnels à l'accueil au cours de notre séjour, tous n'étaient souriant. Cela dit je recommande l'hôtel qui est calme est à proximité de tous à pied !

princes street suites, un hôtel de rêve a prix cassé
nous avions réserve une suite deux chambres pour une nuit et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une suite trois chambres , un vrai palace avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un prix dérisoire. De plus l'hôtel est très bien placé dans une grande rue commerçante. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

This property is very old, the rooms are old and everything about this is old, other properties in the area at 1/2 the cost are far better! There is no smart TV and make sure you ask upfront ahead of your stay for a washer if you need one. All the furniture is very old as our the bathrooms. Luggage storage is at you own risk in a locked closet on a lower level that you have to take 5 stairs down to so if you have heavy bags it’s very challenging. All and all we paid over $800 for 2, 2 bedroom apartments from the early 2000s. Staff is very nice that’s about the only thing this hotel has going for it. We stayed 2 families with small children.

We do strive to offer our guests a personable and memorable experience and we are sorry if we were unable to offer you this on this particular occasion. Most of our rooms are fitted with Smart TVs. Any that don't are having their regular TVs replaced with them in the coming months.Our property is well renowned for its modernity. We are unsure as to why you felt the 2 bedroom apartment that you were allocated was from 'the early 2000s' as it has been renovated very recently, which included being fitted with brand new furniture.Princes Street Suites is also fitted with two elevators, for our guests' convenience. Therefore, no guests ever have to carry their luggage up or down any flights of stairs.We can only apologise if you found PSS to be less than you were expecting and do hope to see you again soon.

Everything is just dirty. Molds on the floor. Dirty sheets with shoe marks on them. Dirty towels. One of the shower did not work during the stay. Sooooo bad. Can’t understand why it is a 4-star aparthotel on Expedia. Only deserves 1 star, if not less.

The apartments do vary in size, we were lucky we had a very good size apartment, went with friends who had rather small apartments and when paying the same money it’s a bit disappointing. They are in need of decoration especially in the bathrooms. It’s really nice to arrive to milk in fridge,tea coffee etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back and recommend these apartments

A solidly middling place.
Last minute booking due to the property I was booked into having a delayed opening. Rather odd set up in that the apartment is HUGE soaring 30ft ceilings and massive windows but then the absolute least amount of furniture they can get away with. So it’s rather like being in an unfurnished barn. Bathroom is rather drab. But very conviently located for Wavertree & Princes sand short walks to The Royal Mile, more the Hokyrood than Castle end.

Cons: The 2 bedroom does NOT have 2 bathrooms as described. Washer/dryer did not work first few days and when it did work, took 8-10 hours to wash/dry 2 pairs of clothing. Very loud at night. Pros: excellent location! Near everything we needed. Staff was mostly friendly. Would stay again based on pros.

Veldig sentralt, uten å være støyende. Supert for familier eller flere par, (Vi var 3 generasjoner i alder 15-80 år) da man har god plass til å være sosiale, kontra hotellrom. Gangavstand til alt, flott takterrasse med utsikt over byen. Vi hadde 2 x 2roms suiter, hvor den ene hadde litt smale senger.

Huge apartment style suite + rooftop terrace
My two friends and I booked this hotel, due to its proximity to the train station and the apartment style suite. We were not disappointed. The living room alone was bigger than my own home!! Plenty of space to maneuver and we had two bathrooms, one being an en suite to the master bedroom. More than enough space. My only regret is not being able to spend more time in the hotel to enjoy the amenities (the large kitchen, for example). We took advantage of the washing machine (which had its own closet - great!) as our stay here was in the middle of our vacation. The BEST part is the rooftop terrace, which had amazing views of the city and Carlton hill. I appreciated that we could keep our luggage there after checkout when we had a full day tour scheduled. Although this was one of the pricier hotels on our vacation (we are budget travelers), this was worth every penny spent.

The rooms are spartan and lack warmth or charm. The beds are small and the rooms below the ground floor are noisy with street activity and exposure to the train station. We requested a room change upon arrival and were declined. Fortunately, a well meaning staff member found us a room with two single beds in a very quiet room. This proved to be just fine; otherwise we would have checked out and found accommodation elsewhere. Not likely to ever return.

This is a perfect place to do more than an overnight stay. The kitchen was very satisfactory. The only problems we had were 1) maids cleaned after we asked for no maid service, and 2) 6:30 A. M. Request for three airport was scheduled for 8:30.
