Historic B&B in great location

In our last trip to back Easton (our home town) we stayed at the Lafayette Inn. Cozy rooms, great breakfast, wonderfukl location.

The staff at the Lafayette Inn is wonderful. Had to extend our stay and they were so accommodating and kind. Can’t wait to come back.

We really appreciated our stay here. Nice and quiet. The breakfast is also amazing so be sure to check that out. Staff is very helpful as well!

ready to go back!

Location and grounds were excellent; the breakfast was top notch and always served with a smile. Happy hour was an additional bonus. Steele has done an amazing job with creating an oasis away from home, but with all the touches of home. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay.

We had a great couple of days at the Lafayette inn. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfasts were delicious with healthy choices and delicious treats. The history and the location can't be beat. And Steele was a friendly, gracious host who made our stay even better.

We stayed for 6 nights and found this property and staff to be excellent. They have wonderful homemade breakfasts every morning and homemade snacks every afternoon. the food was excellent. We were able to walk to many dining options and around Lafayette College Campus which was beautiful. The Inn is beautiful and very charming. Each morning we sat in the welcoming room in the lobby for a few minutes and were able to meet many other guests.

Great place to stay!

The Inn is very old, but very well maintained. The decorating is perfect for an old Inn of this status. This is not a Hilton, it is an old house, with exceptional owners who really are there for a guest experience. We mostly try to stay at places like this when traveling, and this is by far the best stay we have had in a local Inn. Very close to everything, they have all the amenities you'd expect (TV, encrypted WIFI, fantastic breakfast), along with a wonderful porch, wine service and a DVD library.

Great location and great sweet treats to boot. Are some of the furnishings and amenities a little shabby? Sure, but that's par for the course for this BNB with rooms just a little more $ than your run-of-the-mill cookie-cutter chain hotel. I'll book here every time!

Charming older building and people. great breakfast and parlor room to relax and get tea. Inn is three floors - only first floor accessible as I did not see an elevator. It has character but could use cosmetic updates. Carpet a bit dirty. Bed comforter old and not sure how clean. Location is the best to offer. Different experience then a typical hotel, but good.

Staff were lovely - super friendly and helpful! Public spaces were quaint and clean and comfy. The room (#31) was a bit worn but fine. Would stay again but ask for a different room.

Highly recommend

Breakfast was amazing. Hotel very nice. Clean enough even if not extremely extremely clean. Hosts very friendly. Wine hour! Baked goods all the time! Definitely recommend and would stay again!

The property is a quaint little place oozing with charm. We arrived a little later than planned and didn’t get a chance to drive around to explore. Wish we had as we discovered a whole town that appears to offer a lot of browsing activities! The breakfast in the sunroom was fantastic and could have stayed there all morning. The only downside is there are not a lot of dining options within walking distance (lots in town). You can walk to a pub less than half a block away where the food is adequate and met the need at the time. Next time we will taxi to town for dinner. This place is a little out of the way, but intriguing enough, we would like to go back.

A beautifully restored property with historic charm. The staff is welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The inn embraces you with gracious hospitality, with complimentary wine in the evening in the parlor, coffee and snacks on the sidebar, a delicious breakfast freshly prepared every morning on the sun porch, and a staff that made us feel special and cared for. Thank you, Steele, for your superb hospitality! This has been our best b and b stay.

Lovely bed and breakfast. They have a Tesla charger in parking lot, a nice surprise! Breakfast very good, would return.
