This is a pet friendly hotel. The room beside us had 2 dogs barking. Otherwise it was nice but a few HomeLess people asking for money around.

super
très bon hôtel,j'avais peur car on est arrivé à presque 2 heures du matin,et il y avait une personne très aimable à l’accueil.Grande chambre très propre avec bonnes prises et place pour mettre les valises.Petit déjeuner plus que complet,du chaud,du froid,il ne manquait rien.

When I arrived to the hotel I was informed that they have not had any available rooms despite my booking. No apology from the hotel staff. They just simply asked me to go (at 1am) to another hotel across the street. Horrible service on the booking site Never again I will use this hotels.com service

So I showed up to this property at 9 pm on Thursday night and when I got there, my Uber driver informed me this is where the migrant workers are being housed. I wasn’t that concerned until we went through the parking lot and there were dozens of people congregating, including homeless individuals. The inside of the hotel wasn’t any better; with the entire lobby area full of multiple families with young children playing with their toys on the floor. I them continued to check in but was on edge just because there were so many people and I did have my valuables right there next to me. I then proceeded to walk to the elevator and as I walked down the hallway, there were so many children running up and down the hallways, and guys coming and going from outside. I thought Maybe since I was being put on the fourth floor that the other floors were being used for the immigrants, but that was not the case. Every floor was like the first one with people sitting in the hallways or running up and down the halls. I did get to my room, but I just didn’t feel safe at all with so many people lurking in the hallways. I could also hear everything that was happening in the rooms around me, and with me not knowing Spanish the best, I just felt a bit uncomfortable or that me being there wasn’t the best option. I did end up finding a different hotel to stay at, but I wanted to post this review to let people know who are thinking of staying here because this wasn’t advertised to me.

Dit hotel wordt door de stad Denver als opvangcentrum voor migranten gebruikt. In de lobby worden maaltijden voor migranten uitgedeeld en in de omgeving van het hotel hangen veel migranten rond. Hier horen geen toeristen meer ondergebracht te worden! Niet boeken dus!

When I checked in comfort inn staff they they were full so they upgraded me to the best western premium across the street, which is super nice. I am very happy with how comfort inn handled the situation by upgrading me to a higher level hotel. Best western premium is perfect

We arrived to find the hotel had overbooked. They told us that we had been 'upgraded' to the nearby Best Western. When we arrived at the Best Western, we found out the truth, they had overbooked. Best Western wanted $100 in case we damaged the room. I had to pay this, but was very unhappy doing so, as Comfort Inn didn't request this. I inspected the room and told the Manager that both seats on the balcony were badly stained and the refrigerator fell out on the floor when you open the door. I said this is pre-existing damage that I won't pay for. In total, an unpleasant experience at the end of a two hundred mile drive.

The hotel has a contract with the city to house homeless. Mostly families with children. We felt safe and had a very good night sleep. More hotels should do this.

When booking the reservation, there was no indication that this hotel housed immigrants. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff did not disclose this information either. The only thing that was stated was that if myself and my friends felt 'unsafe in the hotel' there would be an escort provided for us. Additionally, the room had a stale and mildew smell. There were holes in the walls and there were visible stains on the carpet. The toilet seat appeared to be discolored from over bleaching. For the condition of the room I should not have been charged over three hundred dollars.

There were many hotel employees were hanging around the lobby and breakfast area, taking up tables and talking loudly. It seemed like a refugee camp. Security guard was sitting in the hallway staring at his phone. Very strange atmosphere. Seemed more like a halfway house than a hotel.
