Cet hôtel est placé dans un environnement assez sale, en périphérie de la vieille ville. Le personnel est gentille mais bien insuffisant pour combler la situation géographique, la pauvreté des services, la tristesse des lieux. Il n'y a même pas d'eau à boire dans les chambres et le petit déjeuner sans qualité tout comme le reste d'ailleur.

Hotel tres agreable, proche de la gare de New Delhi
Rien a reprocher à l'hotel. Le restaurant de l'hotel, le "Chor Bizarre" est absolument fabuleux : une deco qui vaut le detour a elle seule, et une nouriture indienne soignée et très très bonne.

Adequate, with very good staff.
It was adequate, but only adequate. The bathrooms, whilst superficially clean, we’re not well maintained. The rooms were ok, but quite dark and the beds not comfortable, it was also noisy outside. There wasn’t much in the vicinity of the hotel, but it was very close to a metro stop. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and arranged a driver for us who provided an excellent service. The restaurant at the hotel is also very good.

Nice location
The check in to the property was very easy. The staff was great and very easy to arrange drivers. The location is very close to old Delhi bazaars and the red Fort. Having an excellent restaurant at the hotel was great. If staying there stop by the Thugs pub on first floor. Just a few notes - there is no hair dryer in the rooms. Plus, the shower water temperature was not warm.

Dear Sir, I was given room no 36 at hotel Broadway, i paid close to Rs.4,000/- but not worth it! Dim lights, bed sheet torn and lots of noise from back side of the hotel facing my room's window, some group of young boys were playing football up to late night so i could not sleep peacefully. too much noise!! breakfast was ok. Not worth going again or recommending to any body!!!!

On the turn
This once chic hotel is on the turn, located in a rather seedy neigborhood. Bathrooms are musty-smelling and the locks on the doors are not secure. It is located very near a mosque and the early morning “calls to prayer” will wake you at 5:30 am. The staff is intrusive and too busy trying to sell tours and direct where we were going. Good restaurant, though, on main floor.

near the old delhi
this hotel is located near old delhi and the metro station ,Delhi Gate. we can see the old delhi temple and houses from the windows. breakfast is a simple meal, bread and juice.

The hotel was relatively clean inside and the room spacious. Had no hot water even after complaining twice at front desk. Would not recommend walking around outside, Taxi driver warned us against it. Drop of and Pick up ok. Stayed rest of trip outside City and took Uber to all the attractions.

A fabulous hidden gem
I would highly recommend the Hotel Broadway. Exceptional hotel and restaurant staff - professional, friendly, caring. The location is on the edge of Old Delhi near the Delhi Gate. The Red Fort is within walking distance but most Delhi locations require taxi or auto-rickshaw. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The restaurant is exceptional - one of Delhi's best bar none. The WiFi is expensive so using Internet cafes is recommended. The hotel was originally built in 1958 but has been renovated creatively - the website description is accurate. A fabulous experience. I stayed here three times over a 2 month visit to India, and will definitely stay here again.

Hotel Broadway is a fabulous hotel.
A fabulous hotel. On the edge of Old Delhi near the Delhi Gate. Within walking distance of Red Fort. Staff are great and the restaurant is very good. I've stayed here twice and will stay again!

客室は新しくないですが、清潔でインテリアがおしゃれです。 部屋によるかもしれませんが、シャワーのお湯があまり温かくなかったです。暑い時期なのでまったく問題ありませんでしたが、冬はお湯を用意してもらわないとシャワーに入れないと感じました。 スタッフの方は感じがよく親切な方が多かったです。 朝食はシンプルですが美味しかったです。

Close to Old Delhi
We were looking for an overnight near the New Delhi Rail Station where we were catching a train the next morning. That worked out well. The place was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The property is located on a so so street. We didn't dine there but the hotel's restaurant has a good reputation in town.

Good hotel on the edge of Old Delhi.
A very nice hotel, and (for good walkers) within walking distance of the great Red Fort and Chandni Chowk. The hotel is modest but clean and pleasant, with a good breakfast. A great location; I'd stay there again.

五つ星で倍の値段のShangri-laにするか迷ったが、インドなら一泊5千円でも比較的まともなホテルだろうと思ったがそこまでではなかった。歯ブラシや歯磨き粉も置いてないし、風呂のお湯は5分以上出しっぱなしにしないと暖かくならない。窓もない部屋でドアは50年くらい前に使われてそうなカギ。まぁ寝るだけなら良いですが、ベトナムとかで5千円レベルで泊まったホテルと比較するとかなりらんくが落ちますね。ただ、ホテルに併設されているレストランは美味しかったです。値段は700ルピー、1400円とやや高めですが。ちなみに現地の人が食べる屋台のカレー屋ではカレーを20ルピーで食べられる。つまり40円だ。あまりの価格差に驚くが衛生環境にけねんがある屋台は試せず、高いレストランで我慢した。

Bad Experience
Actual hotel reality is far away from the pictures. Location is not good, elevator, room, beds, blanket, bathroom was bad. It is near central Delhi but you wont feel safe in the night. The only good thing was their food.

The hotel & staff were great, the hotel has a excellent bar & resteraunt which both are resonably priced. room cleaned & bedding/towels changed daily if req, laundry service was excellent & very well priced.....the only downside to the hotel was no free wifi only pay as you go which was quite costly (I was there for 3 weeks business/pleasure so needed internet all the time) and for me the location which I had searched for a hotel near to where I needed to be and the broadway came up 2kms away which turned out to be a 1hr 15mins walk,train & auto rikshaw ride away.......Having said that I would be more than happy to stay there again as it was one way of getting excerise

This hotel was a real gem service good rooms clean and cool( in every sense) food in the restaurant some of the best we ate in India Don't be put off by rather dodgy location a tut will whisk you away for the usal handful of rupees Stay here if you want a good value slightly funky experience and only 10 mins by tut tut from the fabulous express metro from New Delhi station to the airport it took us 60 mins door to checkin for a fraction of what the taxi quoted

Ghastly Location
The location of this hotel is the worst I have seen in eight trips to India- a really noisy, dusty and unpleasant street. The management are pretty indifferent, the restaurant food terrible, and the room cramped- although it did have some quite interesting furniture. We had booked five nights and left after one, forfeiting our money- nothing could have induced us to stay longer, even though the manager offered us a 'better room'. We could not wait to get out of there.

Give My Regards to Hotel Broadway!
I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Broadway. Every morning, a fine breakfast buffet is served in the hotel's atmospheric and acclaimed restaurant Chor Bizarre. The décor of the hotel, with its old-world motifs, is pleasing throughout. Best of all was the hotel’s very helpful and welcoming staff. Before I left for India, the manager telephoned me in New York to confirm that the hotel would send a car to meet me at the New Delhi airport. During my stay, the staff arranged for a car and excellent driver to show me the sights. As others have pointed out, the hotel is located in a poor area, but there are advantages. A 20-minute walk from the hotel will take you to three important sites – the Jama Masjid mosque, Red Fort, and Svetamber Jain Temple. Like many hotel rooms in India, it was chilly at night (in January), so ask the front desk for a space heater. Overall, I had quite a memorable stay at the Hotel Broadway and really appreciated the friendly and helpful service of the staff that I received.

the hotel location was a surprise - tucked inbetween some less appealing buildings and on a busy roadfront, the back of the hotel overlooked buildings that appeared derelict but were not. BUT this situation appeared to be quite typical of Old Delhi. the room was basic, but very clean and not too noisy with good aircon and good hot water once it had reach the top of the building. However, it would have been nice to have a fridge and coffee making facilities. The meals we ate were very good and in fact it seemed the hotel was a popular location for tour operators to bring their guests as there were often large groups of non-residents in the hotel. the staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming without being over intrusive, i'd be happy to recommend this hotel but mostly for short stay.

This hotel is on a very busy street so make sure you take ear plugs if you get a room fronting in the main street. I think that is pretty common for most hotels in New Delhi though unless you are staying a one of the big ones with double glazed windows. The hotel room I had was very cool with multi-coloured tiles in the bathroom and interesting décor. The people I was travelling with got more basic rooms but they were still fine. The bar is pretty good ("Thugs") and serves reasonably priced drinks. The service was excellent too.

Only for those who want full dose of Old Delhi
The room itself is clean. Get a windowed room, because the windowless ones seem dreary. Restaurant is okay. The location is good or bad depending on whether you want the full-on Old Delhi experience, which is a lot of very shabby bazaars and poverty. I suspect most rate this hotel negatively because of that. Connaught Place a 5 minute tuk-tuk ride away, however. I was there for several weeks and the wifi didn't work at any time. The wifi rates are very high (I got wireless dongle for price of 3 days of wifi).
