Bel hôtel, ambiance froide
En ce qui concerne la chambre et l’aspect général de l’hôtel, j’ai été très satisfaite. Le bâtiment était propre, en bonne condition, la chambre était spacieuse et confortable et la vue sur l’océan, à couper le souffle! Toutefois, la piscine et la terrasse n’étaient pas disponibles: l’ouragan Ian a démoli toutes les terrasses de la côte à l’automne. Or, bien que je comprenne la situation, j’aurais aimé le savoir avant de réserver… Aussi, j’ai rarement vu un personnel hôtelier aussi peu sympathique. Les sourires étaient rares et on sentait qu’on les dérangeait chaque fois qu’on leur demandait quelque chose. L’impression qu’on a eue: il faut se débarrasser des clients le plus rapidement possible! Ainsi, comme l’expérience humaine est importante pour moi, je ne retournerai plus à cet hôtel.

l accueil il te dise oui possible pour chambre tel étage, sur place il te mentionne pas disponibilité pour cette étage , pourtant étage pratiquement vide, bizarre pour te charger frais supplémentaire là il trouve une chambre ?

The hotel was decent. It's right on the water which was great. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was no shower gel in the dispenser, I let housekeeping know but it never got refilled. There was also no shampoo in the dispenser. They took our dirty towels but did not replace them. They also took our hand soap and didn't leave another bar. Our pillows were switched out, not sure what that was about. We went to the bar for a drink but there didn't seem to be a bartender and the front desk person was unsure how to make a Paloma. I stayed at this hotel a year ago and had a great experience, this time there was much room for improvement.

Enjoyed my stay the only complaint I have is the bed is was not comfortable. I woke up every morning with my back hurting. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before and never had this issue so just know all beds are not created equally.

The location of the building, right at the edge of the beach sand, was an outstanding option (no streets to cross). The pool and hot tub were also an outstanding option to have available. The room and balcony facing the beach were the selling point for this property.

The Hilton Garden Inn Daytona Beach is located on the far north end of Daytona, almost to Ormond in a wonderful, quieter area. The hotel is beautiful, and they are just finishing up renovations after the hurricane damage from the previous year. The beach is beautiful, as is the outdoor pool area overlooking the beach. We purchased breakfast ahead of time, which I recommend. If you stay at Garden Inns very often, you know it is a better deal to purchase with your reservation, and they have great food. The staff was also wonderful. If you are looking for a smaller, beautiful hotel away from the hustle & bustle and somewhat seedy (my opinion) area near the pier, look no more - the Hilton Garden Inn is fabulous!

They were doing some remodeling in the lobby and food area but it didn't affect my stay and will be very nice once completed. My room had recently been renovated and was gorgeous and felt like new. Bed was super comfortable and shower was amazing!! Very nice new sliding door and balcony and view of the beach. I did not use the pool or any other amenities as I was there for a work trip. I did have some issues with a guest next door with a yappy little dog and it's excessive barking but once I brought it to the attention of the front desk they handled it immediately. Would gladly stay here again!!

After a long day of travel, we arrived to find that the hotel was over booked and the ocean front two queen bed room that i booked was not available. I was given a room with one bed that wasnt ocean front.. I spent the night sleeping on the floor. The next day i was able to get the room that i had booked.

The property, like many along the beach is going through some renovations. Our room was clean and so was the pool area. Although there is construction the area with the rooms was very quiet.

Everything in the room is outdated . The rooms need to be deep cleaned and the bathroom. When i checked in the bathroom still had hair in the shower and some of the appliances was rusty . The best part was the beach view from the balcony.

Second time in this hotel. A good place overall. But this time we arrived around 9:00 pm and we didn’t found any parking spot available, we parked across the entrance.

The hotel is being renovated so the hot tub is closed, the fitness center is closed among other things. The entrence is also being renovated which causes a lot of loud noices such as drilling and banging. Wish i would have known this before I booked, bad information from the hotel and Expedia

Room was updated. Clean enough, could have been better but it worked. Under renovation, smells like drying paint but that was on a lower floor. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Nice beach. Would stay again.
