The area around the place is good. There are lots of other hotels and motels around the area. There were many eating places close by the motel. The staff were not friendly. We did not get what we had reserved. He stated they tried calling but I did not have any calls from them. He was not friendly, he did welcome us to the place nor did they thank us for our stay. When we went to ensure we had no extra charges at check out time, there was no one at the office. We had to yell through the plexiglass to get someone to assist us. Overall the personnel was the problem.

This property has roaches, I saw 3 in my room, even killed one. The walls are kind of thin, I can hear anyone who walks by my room and I couldn't sleep at night bc I'm assuming some kids upstairs were running around all night

Place is falling apart. I don't know how they got such a high rating. My room had electrical problem, two lights, two outlets by the bed and the kitchen light didn't work. And they def have roaches. I wouldn't recommend it.

Steer clear!!!
It was dirty, disgusting, the sink was broken, they were still doing maintenance on the room, there was holes in the walls, it stunk like oiled up strippers buttcracks, and we left after an hour or 2 and just went to a different hotel for the nite.

Worse Hotel Stay in my Life! DONT GO HERE!
Worst hotel experience in my life! I first walked into the room to see it filthy with bugs all over the place. The bed linens were stained as if they had not been washed and when going into the bathroom, I lifted the toilet seat lid, and it was completely dislodged, and was just balancing on the rim. I immediately went to Walmart and picked up king size sheets, and pillowcases, and also some plastic bolts to bolt the toilet seat on to the rim of the commode. The room had a awful smell inside and the refrigerator was so old. It had rust all over the front door and was disgusting to even want to touch better yet put anything inside it. This hotel is mostly section 8 government assisted housing, and when you walked out of your room every day, I smelled a strong odor of marijuana on my way to my car. On the third day I got up and noticed on one of the walls that there were thousands of what appeared to be termites that had just popped through the wall so I took a photograph and brought it to the front office of which nothing was done about it The first day I was there. I had no hot water in the shower so I had to take a cold shower, which they did come the following day and fix. Very often there were people just leaning against the wall of my room outside my door smoking cigarettes If I had not pre-paid for a six day stay, I would have left on the first day it was difficult to just get through that whole week with the filthiness AWFUL!
Rust all over all sides of this 30 year old refrigerator.

This was the worst room we have ever stayed at. First i had reserved two room and the front desk guy said i only had one room so i had to pay full price for the other room. Then he was really rude not answering any questions. And the room smelled bad and had roaches.

The room was fine except there was a leak in the bathtub and even after repeatedly notifying the manager, he refused to have it fixed. So gallons of water wasted, and having to listen to water running 24/7 was extremely annoying. He flat refused to have it repaired. Horrible management. Ugh!

Walk into a roach infested room. Dead ones and alive ones just crawling everywhere. Immediately walked back out and demanded a refund (property offered a new room) went and checked in at Hilton and had a great experience. Don’t stay nowhere near here, wouldn’t even trust the surrounding hotels.

DO NOT STAY HERE
We had family at Baylor-Scott heart hospital and needed to be nearby. You can see Studio 6 in hospital parking lot. The outside looks beautiful, but the rooms are old, roaches ,, noisy, people hang around outside their doors. Drive around this hotel, Fairfield in is behind this hotel, but cannot see from hospital parking lot.
