literie super!! mais,aspirateur inexistant,personnel apparemment sourd!!

literie confortable,seul point positif!! hotel fantome!!très gd hall,mais pas meublé????? après plusieurs appels à la réception,jamais personne ne nous a rappellé!! une bouteille de bière vide était à coté du fauteuil en arrivant et toujours la en partant après 6jours!!les 15millions de transformation soit disant!!! tapis de la chambre multi taches et poussière à gogo!!

Really nice hotel

Really nice hotel. Close to all attractions. A little smaller than what I expected from a Double Tree. But nice non the less.

Was very surprised that our linen wasn't changed

Our linen was never changed in all the four days of our stay, also I sT in yellow water ehle taking a bath ... Also removed a ack scum from the sink See attached photos

Airport close...that's about it

Les + : Free airport shuttle, friendly staff.
Les - : The air quality of our room, better temp controls, blow dryers in rooms, no mold in bathtub...add a layer of paper to the walls...VERY NOISY
We did the whole "book for a deal and be surprised" for this hotel stay, and we were surprised. We were farmed out to the far regions of the hotel into a stuffy and smelly room. No windows could be opened and we couldn't get the room fan to stay on so, consequently, stale/ moldy smelling air hung heavy in the room.The bathroom fan didn't work so I believe the smell was from the moldy bathtub. I asked for portable room fan and was told I could go BUY one from Wal Mart! ( They "found" one for me when I scoffed.)The walls are paper thin, so when our very drunk and loud neighbors came in at 2:00 a.m. we were awakened. After calling the front desk to complain, it took them 40 minutes to call their room to ask them to quiet down. ( yes, we could hear the phone ring loud and clear) Although the "amenities" list said blow dryers were in the rooms, they weren't. They were able to "find" one for me when they saw my panicked face.Although the staff was very friendly and fairly accommodating,this didn't make up for our overall experience. All of our clothes REEKED of that moldy smell and couldn't wait to wash them( twice!) when we got home. All this AND...we were never even offered our free cookies.

Quick overnight stay. Good experience.

Les + : Friendly service, comfortable beds.
Les - : Fix the shower temperature modulation.
Situation : Without a car, options are limited. With a car, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping within a 10 - 15 minute drive either direction.
Check is was easy, fast, and friendly. Room was clean and included a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. There were some problems with the shower, sporadically hot and then cold water, which is why we chose to rate facilities and comfort as OK. The rest of the room and facilities seemed recently updated and comfortable. Other posts indicated problems with room temperature, but we had no problems with that at all. Comfortable temperature and quiet heater.

Dirty Room But They Fixed It

Les + : The location, the beds, the price
Les - : Shorter line, cheaper breakfast
Situation : Grapvine Mills Mall
The first room we were given was along walk from check-in and it was still messy from previous guests. We took the long walk back and then waited in a loooong line. The lady at the desk was very nice and gave us a new "better" room and also a free breakfast.

Hotel was overbooked

The hotel was overbooked and we were sent over 6 miles away to another hotel that was not of comparable quality. The hotel staff tried to sell us that it was of a higher value, however when we got there, the hotel was under construction. The were re-painting the walls, the toilet seat was missing parts and the worst portion, there was a personal satisfaction device in the front parking lot. I am very disappointed with this experience. Especially as Hilton Rewards member.

Weather Delay

I had to stay in Dallas due to a weather delay and I booked a nice room at this Hilton through Expedia. I was picked up by the van driver and offered a bottle of water. Nice. The Check-in process went smoothly and the staff was very pleasant. I settled in and had a nice dinner in the bar. There was a large conference going on next to the bar and this was very loud. It was a bit annoying after a long day of going nowhere. Other than that I appreciated this hotel and the stay.
