comfortable for work travel

Les + : just about everything
Situation : it's less than 3 minutes from Belt Line which has more restaurants than should be allowed - lots of activity
I really like having a patio to sit on in the evening next to my room when it is nice outside. Especially since I sit in the office all day. The room is very comfortable and feels cozy. The Bistro is the same menu in all Courtyards, but this one seemed to take greater care and the food was good. The hotel is tucked back off the main road, and I like the quietness of it.

Great hotel. Very clean, nice staff. Very helpful. Only criticism is breakfast and coffee/tea not free to guests. Marriotts other hotels offer this without paying extra at booking

Nice, clean hotel with great amenities

Les - : It was odd that at 10 am on Saturday I received notice from housekeeping that my do not disturb sign was up and that if I wanted service to call desk.
Situation : Very close to downtown Dallas and sports stadiums!
Front desk was very nice and friendly, hotel was beautiful. Great cafe and sitting area in lobby for happy hours. Nice pool complete with fire pit! Rooms were clean and beds were super comfy.

Les + : Courtyard, firepit and 24 hr star bucks
Les - : More than one ice machine
Situation : very close to beltline dr which is important to us.
I was pleasantly surprised at the scenery of this hotel. It was our first time and it was just my husband and I. The courtyard had a fire pit and I loved the patio that each room had. Latoya at the front desk was so personable and we got a good laugh out of watching her attempt to make me a star bucks coffee. We will be returning to the hotel again with out children and I now consider it one of my favorite hotels in Addison.

Nice hotel in busy area.

Les + : It was clean and updated.
Les - : Water temperature for the face bowel.
Situation : The location was excellent.
I was quite pleased with all the categories listed above but the hot water for the face bowel never got hot and the elevator didn't work. My room was on the first floor but I didn't like seeing the out of order sign on the elevator.

Great location to restaurants and entertainment

Les + : Good restaurant. Starbucks coffee. Rooms were clean, staff friendly.
Les - : Needs more parking.
Situation : Great location. Near to restaurants.
The room was ready for us even with early arrival. The hotel is conveniently located to Allison Texas. Lots of restaurants nearby. Allison has outdoor concerts in their town square area. Very nice. We'll stay there again.

Stayed at this location several times and never had a problem. However this past weekend was not good at all. We request to have our room cleaned at 10:30am. And returned around 4 pm. And it was not cleaned. Called the front desk to ask why, was told idk. And she proceed to tell me there was nothing she could do, housekeeping had already left for the day. Tried to talk to the front desk person and she stop talking and just held the phone in silence. So I walked down to the front desk, where she called her manager Justin for me to speak to. He was very apologetic and told me he would take care of the room for the night and not to worry. It has now been a week no call from Justin, or any of the staff at hotel. You would think Marriott is a company of there word. Maybe not!
