Un peu déçu
De retour à Pepper Tree après 3 ans, un peu de déception notamment sur le fait que le ménage ne soit pas fait quotidiennement. 15 dollars par jour de frais de charge qui ne semblent pas être justifiés du coup. Un peu bruyant si vous êtes logé au Rez de chaussée La piscine est top et bien entretenue

Un peu déçu
hôtel que nous connaissions, idéal pour un séjour court sur Los Angeles. Proche de Disneyland et dans un quartier sympathique Toutefois, déçu par l’accueil un peu froid cette fois ci. Problème de toilettes signalé à l’arrivée (fuite) mais non réparée comme promis pendant notre séjour. Sinon la chambre est sympathique dans style hispanique et comprend microondes et frigo.

We are sorry you are disappointed because we asked you to leave since you damaged several items in our rooms and your room did require extra cleaning due to your service animal in tyrainig using the balconies as a relief area. It took our housekeeping staff 2 hours more than usual to clean the room. Again, we are sorry that our hotel did not meet your expectations.

The only thing that was inconvenient is the placement of the toilet paper roll holder. It was hard to turn/twist to reach it.

Property was very clean and the staff was super friendly when my key wouldn’t let me in the room. They provided muffins and cereal for breakfast which was nice since my friend and I woke up early to tour California everyday.

Very spacious rooms, very poor breakfast. But a resort fee?? Why? That is not a resort. Nor has resort amenities. It is not a bad hotel but the area is not the best and if you are at a lower lever you can hear your neighbors above.

Super nice stay, comfy bed. Nice kitchenette. Nice vanity area with desk and mirror. Overall, super good stay! Only downside… water pressure was awful. & the bath tub/shower seems to have been a previous overlay that is coming loose. So it’s cracking and loose from the bottom. Oh & free coffee/cappuccino machine 24/7!

I loved the style of this hotel and how easy it was to check in and find our room. I thought the smell of cleaning supplies was a little overpowering, but at least we had faith that our room was clean! It would have been really nice to have a sliding screen door, as we would have loved to keep the glass door open in the evening, but got a few gnats/mosquitoes that way. We also had a few loud neighbors (shouting/laughing kids), which was a little frustrating when it didn't stop for over half an hour. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will stay again if we need a place in the area.

Las habitaciones estan muy comodas. Sin embargo, no hacen housekeeping diario, lo cual se ha vuelto una muy mala practica despues del COVID. No es correcto. Por otro lado, el desayuno muy deficiente, lo cual fue una de las razones para escoger el hotel, que tuviera desayuno. Igual, nos toco salir a comprar dos veces en las pocas alternativas alrededor, i.e. Mc donalds :0. El area donde se encuentra el hotel, no se ve nada segura, basatnte feita, no hay nada cerca como vi el los reviews. No regresaria.

A propriedade no inicio impressiona com uma arquitetura da região. Porém os problemas aparecem depois.. tem cozinha sem maquina de lavar louça, o hotel não disponibiliza maquinas para lavar roupas, tivemos que andar até outra quadra para isto. Não fazem arrumação diária, barulho no andar de cima, banheiro apertado e cama terrível! Para quem tem problema na coluna como eu, é devastador. De positivo um supermercado em frente, porém muito caro e inseguro.. também imigrantes mexicanos fazendo tacos e burritos raiz deliciosos. Não me hospedaria de novo.

Good Stay
Great location between Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm. USB charging points in the bedroom was great. Friendly staff and grab and go breakfast was convenient when early start head to Disneyland. Free secured parking, a few minutes walking distance to supermarket and food. Will definitly stay again.

The room was great but there was a strange smell coming from the kitchen drain that filled the room. Luckily the was a store nearby so we bought some febrez. Other than that it was a good stay.

Loved the decor. Quiet surroundings. Supermarket and food vendors across the street selling tacos, hot dogs and churros. My only complaint...is the mattress, was not comfortable, and I am not picky but I could not get comfortable.

Convenient location
I love this hotel! It has everything you need in an inviting environment. The only draw back is the small parking lot. If you leave for dinner, a show or a theme park and you come back late you may not be able to find a spot.

the decorations in the hotel were nice, the beds were great, space in the room was good. However, travelocity said that it had a full breakfast and a gym. It does not. I paid the price of a resort and it is not a resort.

We are very sorry that you somehow saw incorrect information about our property. We do not list anywhere that we have a full breakfast or gym. We do have our daily To-Go Breakfast Bar that is listed on all websites. Please let us know where you saw this info so we can make sure that all third party postings are correct.

Nice place to stay
Loved our stay here. Will definitely stay again but I really wish they would get a Keurig because I had a difficult time with the old school coffee maker they had. But that's the only negative thing we encountered.

Very noisy property. Lots of banging and partying going on. Bedding was nice but could’ve used a duvet or more blankets.

The decorations were lovely and creative lending a very warm and welcoming environment. Visitors feel happy and the laughter of children and parents swimming was delightful. The guest rooms were well designed and comfortable with full kitchens and a nice balcony. The landscaping and fountains were beautiful! Thank you! We'll be back soon.
