Séjour paradisiaque
Hôtel sublime, sur un site incroyable. Toutes les équipes sont aux petits soins. Il y a tellement de choses à faire sur l’île qu’on n’a finalement jamais ressenti le monde.

Superbe séjour à Rovinj!
C’est clair les plages de l’île st Andrew ou est situé l’hôtel, sont les meilleures de Rovinj.... c’est ce qui fait de cet hôtel un très bon choix si on a envie de plage et relax. l’hôtel est typiquement resort-like, chambres pas très maintenues, mais quand même propres. Le ferry qui relie l’île à la ville est super ponctuel et ça facilite le planning de la journée. Front desk et spécialement Ivo, était super aimable et ils ont changé ma chambre en 2 minutes, pour une autre avec seaview.

L'ile est exceptionel. La mer est tres clair. Pourtant, il y avait des personnels de l'hotel qui etaient tres aimable et des autres qui etaient tres impoli.

Navette de plaisance toutes les heures, parking gratuit sur le continent, cet hotel à l'emplacement original de part sa position insulaire est un endroit ideal pour les vacances en famille. Mini club pour tous les ages, nourriture trés correcte et variée, personnel charmant. Les chambres sont un peu petites mais la vue est superbe.A eviter surtout le week end car de nombreux touristes peuvent profiter des installations payantes pour les non résidents;

C'est que du bonheur !
Je reviens d'un séjour de 4 jours avec ma soeur dans cet hôtel, et je n'ai que des choses positives à dire.... Tout a été parfait ! Tous les services sont bien pensés, rien ne manque ! L'île est tout simplement superbe, calme, reposante, ..... et les navettes en bateau toutes les heures sont très appréciables. Le personnel est disponible, souriant, agréable, très respectueux, et fait tout son possible pour bien vous renseigner. Il faut savoir que nous étions les seules françaises de l'hôtel, et que personne ( ou presque ! ) ne parle notre langue. Tout le personnel a fait son possible pour nous renseigner au mieux malgré notre très maigre maîtrise de l'anglais ! La décoration est simple et sobre, mais élégante. La vue depuis les chambres est juste magnifique ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner et des repas est impressionnant ! il y en a pour tous les goûts ! Sucré, salé, et à volonté ! très varié, et très bon ! La propreté des chambres, couloirs, extérieurs, piscines, etc .... est irréprochable. Beaucoup d'animations, de ballades, d'activités, ....... bref on ne s'ennuie pas ! C'est un parfait mariage des prestations d'un hôtel 4* avec un respect de la nature et de l'environnement. Aucune voiture ne circule sur l'île. La Croatie est une destination encore peu connue, mais ce pays a tout pour plaire !

Cadre très sympa pour se relaxer
Hôtel très agréable et très beau cadre pour une pause relaxation et familiale. Personnel sympathique. Le fait que l'hôtel soit situé dans une île ajoute à son charme. C'est peut-être moins commode pour une découverte de l'Istrie car il faut tenir compte des horaires des bateaux (1 par heure aux heures de pointe) mais tout à fait gérable.

Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, die Umgebung ist Mega, der Wellnessbereich sehr zu empfehlen, die Hotelanlage bietet alles was man braucht. Nur die Matratze war sehr ungemütlich, dass leider starke Rückenschmerzen verursacht hat und somit kein erholsamer Schlaf möglich war.

Family of 4 stayed 1 night in 2 rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious, the air conditioning worked well and the beds were comfortable. One room had just a shower, the other had a bathtub/shower. The island is absolutely beautiful. A great location for families with or without kids. Highly recommended.

We were upgraded to a suite room in the Istra Suite building. The room was very spacious and clean and the sea views were fantastic. Hotel has a nice breakfast buffet with lot of variety and friendly service . The island and property is clean and well maintained and we wished we had planned to stay there longer. Parking and boat service on mainland is convenient.

We had the most amazing week here. Myself and my 16 year old son loved the pool and all the facilities by the sea. The water was crystal clear and the snorkelling was the highlight. The rooms were fairly small but had lovely comfortable beds. We would have liked tea and coffee making facilities though. The food was delicious and staff were excellent and friendly. We gad an absolutely terrific holiday. We will be back.

We loved this hotel!
Travelling with our 6 children from 17 to 27 years old, can be a challenge when it comes to meet all expectations. This resort has everything for everybody. The gym, SPA, volleyball court, the possibility for jogging around the two islands, the water activities, perfect for an very active family! Every night we took the ferry to the centre of Rovinj. Lots of fantastic restaurants! For special occasions, try Monte! All of us absolutely recommend this resort!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fantastitsch. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer jedoch schon recht veraltet und entspricht nicht dem Standard. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr schön, große Auswahl. Was die Sauberkeit des Zimmers betrifft... naja. Blitzblank war es nicht. Vermisst habe ich die Freundlichkeit des Rezeptionspersonal. Ein freundliches "Guten Morgen" haben wir selten bis gar nicht gehört. Was uns besonders geärgert hat: Bei der Anreise mussten wir feststellen, dass die Toilettenspülung im Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Sofort hanen wir es an der Rezeption gemeldet, am nächsten Tag wieder und wieder. Leider wurde das Problem nicht behoben während unseres Aufenthaltes.

The hotel and surroundings are fantastic. The staff are very kind and professional. Keen to help and to go the extra mile! Food is good on the island, but there is also a ferry ( goes every hour) to take you to Rovinj and back. The Kids Club is friendly and lovely, and my children loved it.

Ab auf die Insel🏝
Ältere Hotelanlage auf einer wunderschönen Insel. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Nachdem die anfängliche Zimmerreinigung nicht gepasst hat wurde diese an den nächsten Tagen besser durchgeführt. Es wurden dann auch neue Kopfpolster gebracht. Wie geschrieben sind die Zimmer schon älter und daher etwas gewohnt. Trotzdem der Ausblick und die Umgebung macht vieles wett. Essen war für einen Buffetbetrieb überraschend gut. Das Omelett am Morgen frisch zubereitet war der Hammer. Somit war es ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt. Kommen gerne zum Tauchen wieder.

Great Nature
Great nature, great sea. Hotel is on island, away from "party time", so not for those type of tourists. There is area for naked swim too. Hotel rooms are a bit aged, specially bathrooms. There are all possible sport activities, spa too.

Great holidays
Great location with good choice of different pools and beach sites , great breakfast - altough bigger choice of coffee would be nice . Easy to reach from Rovinj. Reception staff very kind and helpful, restaurant staff partly not flexible but also partly very kind.

Príjemný hotel s dobrým zázemím izby staršie ale v pohode krásne prostredie len nechapem prečo vyžadujú ruška všade ale nikde ti ich nedajú aspoň jedno pri príchode by mali dať každému inak super kľudne prostredie bazény velnes len v dobe vírusu by malo byt obmedzený počet ľudí v lodi ktorá priváža hostí aj s turistami na ostrov samozrejme prednosť by mali mat hosťa inak odporúčam
