Staff was extremely friendly. Only downside was our room smelled like someone had been smoking inside. We heard this from other guests too.

My family and I had an amazing stay here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Our breakfast was included during our stay and it was delicious and the service, again was friendly and accommodating with our little ones. Definitely would stay here again! :)

DV survivor and broken door lock
The lick on 102 was broken and my doorcwas ajar when i returned. Im a domestic violence survivor 2019 and that triggered a panic attack. Taylorvat desk was not accomodating at first abd i was talked in a reprimandung tone. Maintenance staff gentle was very very kind. My godmother had her 75th bday party in Twinsburg,OH and i traveled far to be treated so terrible. Can u imagine what it felt like to walk up do an open door after being attacked in your past. My ptsd has been constant and i had to check out early. The chest painscate still unbearably bad. The Handin reprsentive had Sarah follow up abd fave my information to "Jihn" regional manager who has yet to reach out. A think i should have gotten a call. Now im wondering if this us how ill be treated do i return here for 30th class reunion 8/29-1?
