Nous avons bien aimé cet hôtel qui était à proximité du centre-ville. La chambre était propre, le personnel très courtois et la nourriture était très bien également. Stationnement à un prix raisonnable et wi-fi gratuit est un gros plus !

I did not like the parking situation. Paid parking. As I like to walk, the back alley, where cars are directed to leave, seems to be the only path out of the hotel. Day time seems to be ok.

When we arrived we were not greatest just asked for credit card and photo id . Check in was easy but no info about breakfast times or where to go or even that it was included in our reservation . Nothing about coffee or tea availability I saw you had and Forget about telling us to enjoy our stay !! Water power was so weak I could barely wash the shampoo out of my hair ! Cleaning service was so loud when cleaning other rooms it was so annoying when I was trying to relax in my room ! I do t think this hotel is for me ! Oh they charge 14. For parking and I see a special from lot charging other people 10 !

The man at front desk attendant was extremely rude and very disrespectful to our entire party. We checked in at 4pm and asked for adjoining rooms since we had 2 rooms (7 ppl) 2 adults and 5 grandchildren for a Christmas / holiday outing. The other assistant at the desk was about to assign us adjoining rms when the man interrupted and said we booked thru “other website” (Expedia) so they had no available adjoining rooms. He also failed to inform us there was a continental breakfast before checkout in morning, the time or even where it would be. I had to ask!! Our room keys had to be reset 3 times (every time we left our rooms). This man was a poor representation of Comfort Inn and his hospitality skills were far from professional and should be reprimanded. Our grandchildren even remarked about how rude he was to our party. He certainly is not someone who should be working at front desk or even in hospitality service.
