Hello Julia,We are sorry to hear you found the hotel to be unsatisfactory. I hope you were able to find the microwave on the 1st floor available to all of our guests 24/7. I will have maintenance check the temperature on the pool, we do log that everyday. If it needs to be adjusted, he will do so. As for your water temperature issues in your room. I am sorry to hear it was not adjusting properly. Had this been brought to our attention we could have offered you another room. We want all of our guests to have a nice comfortable stay. If anything needs our attention next time, please don't hesitate to reach out. Have a wonderful week.

Hello Kathleen,First off I'd like to apologize for letting you down. We strive to have a great stay for all of our guests. We are not sure if the issues you experienced were brought to our attention while you were here. The staff is empowered to make things right. We would have welcomed the opportunity to do so. On that note, we do not have door hangers that request service. We have "Do not disturb" door hangers and "A Greener Stay, no housekeeping needed" door hangers. Both of which would explain why you did not get housekeeping service. Again if you ever need anything please see the Front Desk or call the Front Desk. We are here for our guests 24 hours a day. Take care.
