Nice clean hotel

It was a nice, quiet, clean room for our family. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

Just fine. For the price, it would be nice to offer some kind of free breakfast. Rooms are spacious and quiet.

Hotel was In a great location and was nice. The only problem was the front desk people were very unfriendly and unwilling to offer any assistance. They acted like I was putting them out when I asked a question. There's a new Hampton inn across the street that I will try the next time.

Thank your for sharing your experience on Hotels.com. I am so sorry to hear that you found our front desk staff unfriendly. I am used to getting comments that say quite the opposite. As a Marriott hotel, we set high expectations on the level of service we provide and pride ourselves in having the best staff around. I am glad to hear you liked our location and the overall hotel. We just finished a complete rooms renovation and the hotel looks beautiful. We hope you are able to give us a second chance as I am sure your next experience will be perfect.

Not much to say, it was all you would normally expect from a Courtyard Hotel service was good, hotel & rooms were in good condition. I would stay there again if I need a hotel in that area.

Situation : cleaning my house to sell....?
Very current, clean, quiet and awesome lobby, energy, very pleasant for four nights....

Not a great experience.

Les + : Maylin at the front desk.
Les - : The cramped room, dark, hot and old.
Situation : Great location for events in St. Charles.
Courtyard used to be clean, fresh. Our room was so small with the king and pull-out that we were uncomfortable for our 2 night stay. Sink room at Motel 6 have more space than the jammed granite in our room. Slept with the heat off because it was so loud. Shower curtain was dirty. The refrigerator was frozen over. The lighting at the sink was poor. Just not a happy place to be. They advertise Starbucks coffee but it is only available fresh until 11 am. It was cold at 11. The coffee maker in the room, only half of the water made it into the pot. Spiraled all over the jammed sink area. The woman at the front desk was wonderfully pleasant.

Thank you for sharing your comments on Expedia. I am so sorry to hear that you had so many issues in your room during your stay. I assure you that all of them have been addressed. We will be having all of rooms revnoated in early 2014 including the lighting by the sink. We hope that you are able to join us after our renovation to see the difference. We are very excited to have brand new guest rooms to match our beautiful lobby. I am very glad to hear that our service was rigtht on target at our front desk. Thanks again for letting us know about the issues you had so that we can better ourseleves for all of our future guests.
