Pas d’eau chaude pour prendre une douche après 16 heures de route. Le personnel savait mais nous l’a dit seulement aores avoir payé ( bris aqueduc municipal ? ) . Aucun crédit pour cet inconvénient majeur

Didn’t get a chance to stay. My power went out at my home and needed a place to stay just one night until power came back on. My wife and daughter and I booked on hotels.com and just went to check in, explained our situation and was rudely turned away because they say their policy doesn’t accept locals. Even with our circumstance we were told we can’t stay and now I’m out of 140$ and still had to book another hotel that gladly accommodated us for the night in the same area!

Rooms werent ready umtil 5pm. Smelled like smoke and carpet were filthy. They painted over water damage and there are exposed wired coming from the wall. I left and didnt stay there. Didnt even touch the bed. Highly not recommend.

Room assigned upon arrival not clean. Given another room. Not housekeeping services during stay til last night. Carpet was dirty upon arrival. Many trucks in parking lot with people sleeping in them.

Nice and quiet.
Just a quick overnight stay. Super easy check-in, very friendly staff (she let me borrow her readers), comfortable bed and good shower. I heard zero road or parkinglot noise all night. Nice and quiet.

There was so much dirt on the air conditioning vent I had to clean it so that we weren’t breathing in dirty air all night. The bathroom fan was caked with dust. Caked! The mini fridge cabinet hadn’t been dusted in years. That’s no exaggeration. The phone to call the front desk had crud and dust where the phone sits in the cradle. They say all surfaces are sanitized. I highly doubt that. It’s pretty hard to sanitize something while leaving the dust behind! I felt very uncomfortable staying there. My shoes were on at all times because it was obvious the carpet hadn’t been cleaned in awhile either. Just gross.

The managers were very professional. The people at the front desk were polite. The room smelled like a sweaty sneaker. Turning on the AC let loose a blast of moldy air. The carpet was rank. Yuck!

Not horrible, but not wonderful.....
Staff were helpful and nice. Patrick the owner was very friendly, we spoke on our departure. The beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Disappointed the pool was not open, wish we would have known, great if there was a note on the reservation page.The room had a "stale" odor and needs some updating and fine tuning.

The room appeared clean and comfortable although we did experience a problem with ants. The pool was closed which was very disappointing in 81 degrees. Breakfast was poor. If rooms are not serviced daily we needed more than 2 sachets of coffee! The reception desk was friendly but we didn’t see any cleaning staff during our 2 night stay.

Stayed one night. Should have left when I smelled the place. They have roof leaks and serious mold contamination. Black slim mold in ice maker, Falling, moldy ceiling tiles, peeling paint, missing sheet rock and my favorite cockroaches running in the bathroom. Spoke to management they say they fired GM and Mangers and will start clean up but the building should be shut down! As a doctor I can tell you this place is a serious health risk. I personally am now on antibiotics for a bad sinus infection. When I called Choice Hotels, owners of Comfort Inn, they were unconcerned and hung up on me twice. I guess they are not very concerned about the health of their customers. I will never stay in Comfort Inn again!

For being close to highway, it was remarkably quiet in the room. My husband and I slept great. The room was clean. The staff was so nice. We want to come back.

Decent hotel. Good breakfast. Only problem was that both people at the front desk took their break at the same time meaning no one was at the front desk. I walked outside and asked if one of them could check me out. They just said what is the room number. I told them the room number. They said OK you’re checked out. A little strange.

So so dirty
Horribly dirty I would never ever stay there again. Our non smoking room had very strong smoke odor and they moved us to another room. The second room has carpet stains and the bathroom was dirty but at least we could breathe. I would never recommend this hotel.

It was good for a Comfort Inn. I didn't expect much but it was good. The room was cleaner than expected. The staff was wonderful! It was quiet and peaceful and I felt pretty safe. The bed was AMAZING! It was so comfortable. The bathroom was much bigger than expected. The actual property needed repairs/updates but was cool.

The hotel was a bit difficult to get to even though we could see it clearly. The rooms were fine. The breakfast in the morning was sparse at best and the person attending it was not very attentive to what was needed.

Don't even consider
This place was dismal - and even had a notice on the front desk about people being banned from a long list of counties due to previous damage and disturbances. Wish I'd seen that before checking in. Occupied mostly by road-work crews and their enormous trucks. Never again!

Not happy with our stay
The location was not desirable. Two lights outside our room in the parking lot were blinking like a strobe all 3 day we were there. There was not enough breakfast food for everyone and more was not brought out...and they started taking it down at 9:15 when it is open until 10:00.

We have only had one other experience with a dirty hotel stay. That was at a La Quinta in Missouri. My husband said the VA Comfort Inn is a second. It's a very close second. If I would have thought I could get our money back, we would have gone elsewhere. It's very clear to me now why the reservation was non-refundable.
