Ils prétendent avoir un espace pour que les animaux puisse faire leurs besoins mais ce n’est enfaite que la bordure du stationnement qui est terrible plein de débris de verre, de bouteilles, excréments,… Impossible de marcher à cet endroit. Par chance un parc à chien est a une minute de là. Le déjeuner est bien et varié.

Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was thight for a family of 4 but ok given we were staying just one night. Pool was warm but jacuzzi lacked some jets and overall decoration of the hotelbwas outdated. Breakfast was very nice and had a lot of variety.

Room 346 Breakfast was ok (for an american breakfast). Room was clean. Housekeeping forgot our room to clean the day before we left and wrote down on their books that they did it. GM took care of us. Noisy odor from trash can at the end of the hallway. I reported to housekeeping but she told me it’s somebody else job. Herman at front desk was gentle and professional. Pool was fine and kids enjoyed it. Bathroom can’t be smaller than this. Sink is outside. Only place for toilet and bath/shower. Parking places all around the hotel give easiest access to room. TV quality was correct. Hotel is located not far from main street and many beaches.

Very friendly and professional service desk. We arrived and were greeted with a very nice and polite customer service representative. The place is immaculate. We had our dog and stayed in a room on the first floor. Highly recommend!

Visited March 14-17 and the WHOLE time they were doing construction all day. On the 16th the Fire Dept had to come because the dust from the sanding of the walls in the hallway was so thick it set the alarms off. Literally burning the eyes and throats of all the patrons here. Staff was great but very poor general management. No one could make a decision. Steer clear of this place, at least until the construction is done.

I don't blame the hotel management or staff for this one, but there was a group of families staying on my floor who were allowing their kids to play and be loud in the hallway past quiet time it got to a point where I had to get up and tell them to quiet down because I was trying to sleep. needless to say I didn't sleep very good

There were crumbs on my bedding. The hot tub only had three working jets. Pool and hot tub water was murky. The sauna was absolutely amazing. Friendly staff.

This hotel is a little gem and is very clean and the rooms and hallways smell so good. Rooms and hallways are very clean. Staff really friendly. The breakfast is delicious. The pool and workout room makes this a perfect getaway spot.

There was some construction underway but it was not a problem as far as noise or use of the property. Beds and pillows were reasonably comfortable. Complementary breakfast was good.

Our stay was awful! There were people running around all hours of the night no matter how many times we called the front desk to complain. Nothing was done about it. Will not be staying there ever again!
