They said they had a pool but if wanted to swim you had to go off the premises to the ymca. Didn't like that .

I hated this hotel.

Les - : hotel staff needs customer service training. hotel needs to make sure their info is updated with all affiliated sites.
Situation : i have no idea because we only stayed for one hour before moving to another hotel
This hotel listing is not as described. The pool has been out of service since winter. The hotel staff was rude to me when we asked for more linens. The pricing for a cot is listed at a different price than what was quoted to us by front desk staff. I rented this hotel room on Expedia for 2 reasons... the complimentary breakfast and for the pool. I have 4 children and we wanted to take a break for a night to do something fun. Our experience with the hotel staff was horrible. They are all rude and unhelpful and unapologetic. The manager has yet to return my phone calls. I will never stay here again nor with any other choice hotel. I not only incurred an expense for this hotel which i only stayed an hour at before leaving due to major disappointment - i have now incurred another expense for another hotel that we had to move to in order to complete our "experience". I am seeking a full refund as my primary means of resolution. I would accept a credit for a stay at another hotel if that is the only other resolution. I would prefer not to come back to this particular hotel. I witnessed the staff being rude to other people as well, so it wasn't just my family that experienced it.

Great place to stay and close to everything

Stayed here for a week while in town for business. Staff was super friendly, room was clean and smelled fresh. Even though small, the fridge had a separate freezer and not just a cubby hole type deal which was super convenient.

I had a convenient room to come and go and they helped get me a remote to enable me to watch my IPad in my room. I slept very well and had a quick bite in the morning and I was on my way. Not a huge breakfast, but enough to fill the void and get you going down the road.

Nicely run motel

Nicely run motel. Clean rooms and pleasant help. OK breakfast. Bedding and towels pretty worn. Needs some maintainance. Check in long and tedious because of new computer system?! Supposed to be an upgrade.

Pool not open until summer!

After a 10-hour drive with kids and cat we were looking forward to getting rid of some excess energy in the pool, however the hotel's indoor pool is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. It would have been nice to know that before we booked, but that's Expedia's fault, not the hotel's. The first room we were given smelled of cigarettes so we asked for another and were given a very nice, clean, quiet room with a microwave and fridge. The free breakfast is just fine--you'll leave not hungry--and the hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, close to a ton of stores and restaurants. This hotel is pet-friendly and charged us only $10 for the cat to stay the night. Much better than Hampton Inn which was $50 per night!!

Quality Inn Bruswick

The room was nice, staff was courteous, and location right next to the interstate. Breakfast included cereal, doughnuts, and waffles, which was good too. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Gas station/convenience store next to the hotel. Overall I was very pleased with the hotel.
