They said they had a pool but if wanted to swim you had to go off the premises to the ymca. Didn't like that .

Situation : i have no idea because we only stayed for one hour before moving to another hotel
This hotel listing is not as described. The pool has been out of service since winter. The hotel staff was rude to me when we asked for more linens. The pricing for a cot is listed at a different price than what was quoted to us by front desk staff. I rented this hotel room on Expedia for 2 reasons... the complimentary breakfast and for the pool. I have 4 children and we wanted to take a break for a night to do something fun. Our experience with the hotel staff was horrible. They are all rude and unhelpful and unapologetic. The manager has yet to return my phone calls. I will never stay here again nor with any other choice hotel. I not only incurred an expense for this hotel which i only stayed an hour at before leaving due to major disappointment - i have now incurred another expense for another hotel that we had to move to in order to complete our "experience". I am seeking a full refund as my primary means of resolution. I would accept a credit for a stay at another hotel if that is the only other resolution. I would prefer not to come back to this particular hotel. I witnessed the staff being rude to other people as well, so it wasn't just my family that experienced it.

Excellent location with lots of dinning options nearby and close to the highway. Rooms are clean and well maintained . Overall conditions of the facility is good. Only wish we was told that the pool was closed. There should be something on the site advising us that the pool is out of service. The staff is super friendly and the free breakfast was great. You can have eggs, sausage, or even make ur own waffles. I would definitely stay again.

Jon was there the two night shifts that we stayed at the Brunswick, OH Quality Inn. When we arrived Friday night, he checked us quickly and gave us a restaurant commendation (when we asked). On Saturday night, he gave us a friendly 'hello' as we walked by reception. Also, when we phoned the Front Desk to ask about the Rewards Program, he explained how we could join.

Stayed here for a week while in town for business. Staff was super friendly, room was clean and smelled fresh. Even though small, the fridge had a separate freezer and not just a cubby hole type deal which was super convenient.

Great service, clean, roomy, but disappointed the pool had been emptied. Hotel was advertised as having indoor pool & we were looking forward to cooling off in it after spending all day at golf tournament.

Very impressed with the hotel. Best free breakfast ever. Staff was very cordial and helpful. Room was immaculate and mattresses appeared new. Quiet. I have stayed in a few inexpensive hotels lately and have gotten blankets with holes and buckling floors so I was surprised by the high quality of this hotel for the price. Definitely would stay again!
