Breakfast (surcharge) is served in the eighth-floor lounge with city views. A fitness center is equipped with modern Technogym cardio and weight machines. The Wellness Spa, overlooking central Berlin, offers massage, a sauna, and an invigorating shower.
The Mandala Suites also includes concierge services, an airport shuttle (surcharge), and a multilingual staff. The front desk is open limited hours.
Rooms
Spacious, smoke-free suites face the city or the inner courtyard. All have kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, coffee/tea makers, cookware, utensils, and dishes. Suites also include separate sitting areas, walk-in closets, satellite TV, premium bedding, and in-room safes. Wireless and wired high-speed Internet access are available.
Marble bathrooms offer shower/tub combinations, bathrobes, slippers, makeup/shaving mirrors, hair dryers, and complimentary toiletries. Many suites come with balconies.

“Fab Central Berlin Hotel”
We booked the Mandala Suites for location and price for a room of such size. The welcome was warm and considering it's not a hotel it offered a very high level of service. All was clearly explained eg keycards, entrances/exits after reception closed, facilities. The suite was simply fantastic. It overlooked the external courtyard shared with other buildings so nice and quiet. It comprised a good-sized bedroom with kingbed and great storage, bathroom with shower over bath, separate toilet, huge lobby with lots of storage for coats and suitcases and a fab living room (with balcony but as Dec we didn't use it) with pretty decently equipped smart kitchen. We could easily have stayed there for a month it was so comfortable - and appears that many people do exactly that. The only confusion was over breakfast. I was fairly sure it wasn't included but we were told all about it and then weren't sure but at no point did anyone mention the cost and we forgot to ask. If you do decide to have breakfast it's approx €18 each. It's buffet style with as much as you could eat. The room is small, they obviously expect most guests to use their kitchens so if full it could get very busy. It was fine when we were there, no problems getting a table and the staff really are very helpful. They prepare hot options to order alongside the very plentiful cold buffet offerings which included lots of fruit, meats and cheeses, different breads and pastries. We would definitely return.
“A very pleasant experience”
We had a really great stay. The service at this hotel is impeccable. I like to stay at upscale houses, but this one clearly stood out. The staff is not only super friendly and helpful, but also smart and unobtrusive. The breakfast buffett is hands down THE BEST i have seen in any 5 star hotel! For the price you are getting very much your moneys worth. The only thing I would like to see change is the TVs into a flatscreen. the rooms are huge, so the tiny old tv doesnt do any good =) But then again, theres so much to see all around and in the city, dont really need that. Will come back for sure.
“Felt like home away from home”
The location was central, the hotel was clean. I had a quiet suite overlooking the courtyard. The staff was professional and spoke english. I felt safe during my stay. The U-bahn is right beside the hotel and convenient to go anywhere in Berlin. I couldn't have asked for more.
“Great stay - but don't get confused between Mandala Suits and Hotel”
Was a great location and the room was excellent - big and spacious. But this is not a hotel and doesnt offer much other than the room and a decent breakfast. The reception is not 24 hours but I do not recall exact times (i know it closes at 5pm on Sundays). If you are looking for somewhere to just sleep in comfort (and style) this is the place to be. Otherwise, look for a hotel...
“We have already recommended this hotel to others”
When we pulled in front of the hotel's address (great location near Brandenburg gate and the subway - as advertised), I wasn't sure we were at the right place, (it looked more like a giant new office building) but I saw the hotel name on a placard and went inside. Nice check-in staff was in an office at the back corner of a beautiful open atrium with a restaurant, bank, and other services. Our room was huge - open entryway, two rooms (one with a king bed; the other with sofas, a desk, a kitchen, and great magazines) - with 2 beautiful marble baths (one 1/2 bath; the other with shower and sink). The two rooms worked wonders for us as we could put our baby to bed early in one, and we could use the other. Tons of positives - it was in a great location, very quiet, we loved the 2 room setup, the kitchen, the beautiful baths, and the convenience of the restaurant in the building atrium. Only negatives were the bed (hurt our backs) and the carpet needed a steam clean. I have already recommended it, and we would stay there again.
“Great location, but wouldn't go back”
Very friendly and welcoming, excellent location to all locations, rooms spacious, however the decor in need of updating and TV very old, a Video - no DVD and an old Hi Fi were a let down. Upon leaving was charged for my stay even though I had confirmation that it had been pre paid, was advised that I would need to address this with the travel company.
“Tolles Suiten-Hotel in Berlin-Mitte”
Sehr geräumige Suite mit eigener Küchenzeile und Balkon. Sehr gut geeignet für längeren Berlin-Aufenthalt. Einrichtung im Kolonialstil - geschmackvoll und zurückhaltend. Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen; gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Sehr schönes Appartement und wunderbare Frühstücks-lounge. Der Service ist super, aufmerksam, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Albergo molto pulito, ottima posizione, personale gentile. Quando tornerò a Berlino, saprò dove alloggiare!
“Schicke Suite in super Lage”
Lage sehr zentral und ruhig, ein Katzensprung zum Gendarmenmarkt und zu Unter den Linden. Suite super geräumig mit Kitchenette.Einrichtung im Asia-Look, sehr geschmackvoll.
