We contract with a vendor for preventative pest control, as well as have random inspections provided by the Health Department on a semi-annual basis to ensure pest control, as well as overall cleanliness standards, are maintained. The property is very dated. Carpets are worn . Elevators were not working. Toilet was not clean. Ice machines were not working. Will not being coming back!

Property is clean as was my room, but it smelled of mildew. Staff was friendly. Pool was clean but the floors get super slick which could be dangerous. I saw a few people slip as they walked in. The breakfast was probably one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel & included an omelet bar where a chef cooks it fresh. Lots of food options for kids & adults. Will be back next time I’m in town. Only issue is that it’s impossible to get them to answer the phone because the ringer is kept off it seems.

The beds are always so comfortable. I love the spacious rooms. Only thing I would change is it is time to upgrade the bathroom that was in our room. It was very clean but the bathtub is starting to show some rust. Otherwise everything was wonderful and as expected.

We stayed in the Spa Tower, it is very outdated but rooms are large and comfortable. The bed was nice, TVs were large, and the air conditioner worked great. The bathtub is not luxurious, it has a rough bottom and was not deep. The haircare/soaps are average, the hair dryer shorted out a few times. The location was amazing and convenient to shopping and dining. All in all, a good stay and great value.

The bed was hard as a rock. I could not get comfortable and didn't sleep well. The heating and air panel fell off the wall in the night twice. The hvac unit was very loud. The room was very clean however as well as the rest of the property.

Our room was nice and clean.We picked this hotel for hot tub, pool and the buffet breakfast/ omelet station. It did not disappoint. Hot tub/pool were down for repairs. No discounts when amenities aren't working ?? No alerts???

The hotel is nice, clean, staff is friendly. I had a room issue that required maintenance and they switched me quickly. The property is starting to show a little age in decorations, style, etc. Nothing major wrong, just a little older property.

Nice stay. The only issue we had was related to bathroom supplies. The shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were empty and we noticed the typical complimentary lotions were missing. Not a show stopper but something we noticed.

While the area has some nice businesses we couldn't help but notice it was dark and not very welcoming. The total lack of outdoor Christmas decorations was noticed by us and some other guests alsoentioned it.

This is always my first hotel choice when going to Northwest Arkansas. Comfortable beds, incredible breakfast, and close to everything.

Great, just lacking smart tv
Overall great, love that it's family friendly, just wish they have SMART tv ..this is important when staying with kids wherein most shows are casted from apps

Great staff. The property is just dated. The rooms need renovations/redecorating. Toilet backed up (fixed within 30 minutes), rooms are a little dark, carpet/wallpaper are dated, caulking is moldy, ceiling has water damage, TVs are too small and very dark making them hard to watch. Bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was uncomfortable according to kids. Breakfast was solid.
