Cherry,I am sorry you feel that way about the breakfast. We have a hot buffet of freshly made food. Usually the breakfast you get for free at hotels is prepackaged and/or frozen. We are a full service hotel, so breakfast is not complimentary. That is for the limited service hotels. Guest,I am sorry, our rooms do not have microwaves in them. There is however a microwave on each elevator landing for the guests to use. I am also very sorry about your experience ay check-in. We pride ourselves in having excellent customer service and this is not providing excellent customer service.
