There was hot water Ma'am hot water tanks were at 132 degrees each there are 2 tanks in each building all brand new. I appreciate you letting me know. We charge the 3rd party not you, if it was booked through a 3rd party and we get less money for the room through them, and you pay them what ever the quote you which id higher than what we paid.
